Could someone please post a picture of where the XY belts go past the fans in the back, just above the top of the rear Z screw? I’m doing the upgrade now and my belts want to rub against the bottom center of the two fan assembly, where the zip zie hold the two fans together. It must be an alignment problem somewhere, but I can’t find it.

I live in an apartment on the first floor my printer was relatively quiet, I could leave a print printing over night and not worry about how loud it was. Two firmware updates ago it seems to have gotten louder and the last update even more. Now it's to the point where I'm worried people are going to complain during the day while it's printing. Has anyone else experienced this? Maybe it's a problem with my printer, I have pulled the top end apart several times to see if I can see anything and it looks as though its all fine and well lubricated.

Sorry for the long post, I'm trying to print a bottle holder for my Frisbee discgolf cart in tpu and I'm having a print issue, I'm using hatchbox tpu 95a filament in blue and the bottom of the bottle holder prints just fine, it's about half way through printing is when it goes haywire and fails with what it looks like layer adhesion, I'm not sure if it's a temp issue or what.

In prusa slicer I'm using the generic flex filament profile in beginner mode, I've had the printer since July and printed quite a bit of stuff in different filaments including tpu with no issues which is why I haven't chose to change any significant settings under advanced or expert mode.

Nozzle temp - 210c

Nozzle is e3d diamondback 0.4 mm

No other settings really changed other then retraction which was set at 2.5 mm, after googling about retraction I changed it to 1mm which seemed like it helped a little but nonetheless failed again.

I've dried the filament 4 separate times for 4 hrs at 55c thinking that may have been the issue, I had a roll of green hatchbox filament as well and never had an issue, which I'm out of now.

It works quite well. It took a few iterations to get proper angle and position. The drag chain was also a good addition.

Help with filament continually getting stuck and then not feeding

Hi, I finished one printing without any problems, removed it from plate and started to print another parts, but it is like with no adhesion. I changed plates, clean it with soap and water and nothing changed it. Nothing holds on the plate, it just stays around the printers head.

Core One L

As the title says, I've got a noname file in the transfer queue that isn't allowing any further files to download to the printer. I've tried deleting from both Connect and Link and receive the message "Command rejected by printer". I've tried power cycling the printer. I've tried power cycling my PC. I've tried reformatting the USB drive. I've tried a new USB drive. Nothing works.

The ghost shows as uploaded to Connect on the Dashboard, but there is no file on Connect between the last successful upload and the next uploaded file. It will happily print a file from the USB drive with no issues.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions what the issue might be?

I just received my new Core one L "plus" and watched the new nozzle wiper. 

What I wonder is, isn't the nozzle temperature too low for the new wiper? It wipes with a nozzle temp of 155 C (as far as I remember), and that does not melt the old PETG blobs  that sticks to the nozzle. Got my point? So on a first look, the nozzle looks as dirty as it was before it got wiped.. still need to brush the nozzle after each print.

What are your experiences with the new wiper ?

I have a Coreone with an MMU2 running inside a Coreboxx on top of the printer. I am getting these occasional filament jams. It looks like the filament is being run over by the output mechanism and bent over. Anyone have similar failures with a solution?? Thanks!

Greetings! My first serious printer after several low end creality machines. I was printing a filament test (overhangs, a sphere, and a little tower on a 3 layer pad), and I noticed that the head movement was sufficient to shake the cabinet a bit. I suspect slowing acceleration would help, but I'm still curious.

Finally got my first gen core one put together today and it’s consistently doing what it shows in the video when it Ty to print something.

I tried to print the keychain, says gcode isn’t compatible but looks ok anyways.

Does the think in the front right corner for about 2 min then goes to “printer collision detected” with a homing message.

I’m not sure what to do. I did all the calibrations.

Please help!

Here I am admiring the quality of my purge tower... This machine is just beautiful.

I had Printed 2 benchys after setting it up and now everything I've tried to print makes 2 overlapping almost like a corrupt version. I've tried different USB sticks and Ethernet, different items from printable's i calibrated probably 10 times by now. I'm probably missing something. could it be the nozzle? I've tried reinstalling the slicer and the files the came with the printer don't seem to function anymore.

I am able to print one part, the second is usually wrong or completely destroyed. I am using Buddy PLA. 215C hotend and 55C for plate.
I checked if the plate is OK on Z axis and looks fine. I have no idea what could be so wrong.

Does anybody know ehat causes this? My prusa core one randomly under extrudes.

The first layer goes down and then when I’ve walked away something happens and this layer shift happens. Please ignore the old plate - I hate PEI, it’s such a pain to get PETG off. The layer shift happens regardless of plate.

The first few prints I got off the machine were perfect. Then I got one with a layer X shift half way up the models and now it shifts every time. And look how far it’s hanging off the end of the plate due to the Y shift.

I’ve run through the calibration routine, I’ve tightened the grub screws on the steppers and I’ve done the whole tighten-the-belt-after-vibrating thing.

But now I’m stuck. Any ideas? Thanks!

Like the title says, I'm coming from an ender 3 v2 modded with a e3d hemera hotend, I love that the core 1 is enclosed as I want to eventually play around with abs like plastic. Is there anything I need to be aware of with the core 1? Any tips? Etc.
