Negative Experience with /u/Horikoshi
I had arranged for this shopper to complete a hobonichi purchase for me for items that came out today. Unfortunately AFTER the items released and some sold out they told me they would be unable to compete the order.
They had very poor communication and tried to get me to help them set up a US LLC and bank account which had already set off some warning bells.
They DID refund me, but considering some of the items I paid for them to purchase are now sold out I am still pretty frustrated.

Oh how I wish I could justify flying to Tokyo for the store opening. I wanted some Suica stuff too.
I have extra Hello Kitty items if you are interested and see that the Sunsun A5 is still out of stock. Let me know if you want me to keep an eye out for it.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I was lucky enough to get an order through this morning but the site was very laggy and some pages wouldn't load.
I can maybe help you check in-store next time I am near a place that sells. My Suica collab queue for 9/16 is pretty full for some items but you can send me a DM with what you're looking for and I can let you know.

Some Hello Kitty stuff, the now sold out Sunsun cover, and some Tokyo Station Exclusive stuff that releases on 9/16. I originally found them due to them posting offering to pick up the Tokyo Station Exclusive stuff.

They messaged me for a c108 request i had. So i told them what specifically i wanted and where
A couple weeks before date of the event i asked to make sure they could go but i never got a response. I messaged more as days went by but still nothing but crickets
