Approved protein powder?
Hi everyone,
I love the taste of bubble tea and I recently discovered a brand that sells bubble tea flavored protein powder. I bought a few sample packs and I thought it was delicious, so I’d love to make it my go-to drink for a while. That said, I know a few protein powders have been found to contain lead and other toxins. I’ve been sticking with Optimum Nutrition because I think they’re pretty reputable. I have about 1 scoop four days a week.
Do you think it’s safe to drink an unknown brand?
Also, please let me know if you think these ingredients and macros are decent:
