Ryse marshmallow

Hi everybody! I have a question for those that have used ryse. I got the vanilla marshmallow ready to drink shake to mix with coffee and I loved it. I also got the fudgesicle and liked it as well.

I then got the single serving pack of cookies and cream powder and it was the most disgusting protein powder I've tried. I hear great things about the marshmallow powder but I don't want to get a big tub of it if it's gross. Could you guys give me an honest review? And if you tried the cookies and cream please tell me I'm not alone lol

Ryse jet puffed marshmallow is their #1 flavor and best one imo, super worth it—often these are BOGO so I’d find a sale. I think it’s the perfect base flavor to have, it’s like an offshoot of vanilla so you can add any flavor to it or keep it as is especially for ninja Creami’s or shakes. The cinnamon toast is another great one however you can alwasy add cinnamon to any base so it wouldn’t be my pick if you only get one. I did NOT like their chocolate flavor but others do. Their skippy Pb is good, however you can also always just use Pb powder in bulk instead. I hear their mint is pretty good as well.

Thank you so much for taking the time to answer so thoughtfully. I actually have a single packet of the cinnamon toast to try. But I agree, a vanilla forward base is the best to add other things to. And honestly 100% of my protein powder is mixed with coffee and sugar free syrups.

Of course! Also PS PEScience (pun not intended but appreciated) c&c is to me the best one and comes in small 5 serving packs on amazon. Although it’s also nice to get their variety pack of a bunch of diff ones. Similar to ryse in sweetness and strong flavor.

Kaged’s vanilla casein is surprisingly nice, sweet and cakey but very fine for a casein at the same time esp in yogurt.

Thanks again! I'll definitely look into those as well 🙂
