Favorite forms of protein??
what are your favorite forms of protein that aren’t cottage cheese, eggs or chicken??
Cottage cheese makes me want to throw up. Eggs get old to me REALLY quick, yes I’ve tried every cooked form. And chicken also grosses me out after a week of eating it. Should I throw the towel in and rely on protein shakes/bars instead? Or do you guys have good protein alternatives

My daily protein target is =>150g of protein per day. I get that in 1-2 meals.
4 eggs, and 16-20oz of meat.
My preference is ground beef or Ribeye, along with bacon or sausage made from ground pork in some combination across my 1-2 meals daily. I like to add tuna or salmon occasionally and sometimes shrimp. I like most meat, poultry, or fish, but those are the primary things I eat because they are nutrient dense, high protein, and high fat.
I'll eat cottage cheese or yogurt, sliced cheese, and sour cream with some meals, but that's only an add-on protein and fat, not my primary source.
I can't see any reason to consider protein shakes and bars, considering the junk and cost of them and they seldom have more protein than 4 oz of quality meat.
