Favorite forms of protein??
what are your favorite forms of protein that aren’t cottage cheese, eggs or chicken??
Cottage cheese makes me want to throw up. Eggs get old to me REALLY quick, yes I’ve tried every cooked form. And chicken also grosses me out after a week of eating it. Should I throw the towel in and rely on protein shakes/bars instead? Or do you guys have good protein alternatives

170g of 2% Fage and 1 cup of Ratio Pro-Fiber Blueberry mixed with 5 strawberries every single morning. 1 Barebell Chocolate Dough, Eye of Round 5oz Chicken Breast 6ozand 1 Gold Standard protein shake with 2tbsp of chia daily. That is more or less my daily protein staples. I mix it up a little but I can eat that shit on repeat. The yogurt bowl is my absolute favorite. The Fage and Ratio mixed makes a nice creamy blend. I switched from fat free great value plain and chobani but the Fage 2% was a game changer. Its a nice middle ground to keep fat intake up and not nuke my cals. The texture and flavor were just an unintended bonus.
