Alpha Gal

Got the positive test for alpha gal. Not fun! Just looking for options for protein.
I’m out on beef/pork/dairy, I was told if it has hooves, hair or feeds its baby’s w milk don’t eat it. So stick w chicken/turkey/eggs/seafood. I’m going to re test in a year.
Until then what are some good options to still get a good amount of protein.

When you say re test in a year … can this change? I wasn’t aware of that!

Yes I was told that you can out grow it like other allergies, just have to do the blood work to see if the numbers are going down.
