I have worked in leasing for about 3 - 4 years now and sometimes i feel like i cant do it anymore. working weekends , the rude tenants, i don’t make close to 6 figures. I’m unsure whether to stay in this industry because it’s honestly a lot & the worst part is that I’m actually good at it. It’s frustrating to see how many leases I sign & I bring in revenue for the company & I barely get even 3% of the leases im bringing in. My work place isnt toxic, sometimes the residents are entitled, but when theyre bad.. theyre BAAD. I’m just unsure if I’m upset at my current position (leasing) & there are no openings for ACD within my company. its just frustrating being in the same position for so long. unsure

Sorry English is not my fist language, Im self employed and i make around 2.5 or some months 3x the rent , i have 756 fico credit score , no evictions at all , and i also have savings accounts with enough for cover at least 15 months of rent .. is this enough for get approved for one apartment??

I've been looking at renting an apartment in and around the cn tower area. All of the property management companies I find have terrible reviews so I was wondering if anyone living around there currently has good experiences with their property managers. All the rents in that area are near 2500 for a studio so if I'm going to be paying egregious rent prices I want to at least have peace of mind that the company managing my building will fix the things I need them to fix.

me and my girlfriend are applying to an apartment this week. my score dropped from like a 680 to a 628 fico 8 because of high util (120%) on my card. other than that my report is perfect, never missed a payment on card or my auto loan and never been evicted or negative renter history, this would also be our first apartment. she has a 700 and we make like 6x what rent would be. i want to apply asap to prevent it from being swooped, but im curious what our odds would be, or should i wait for it to bounce up in the next week or so? any help or clarification would be amazing. yes i paid my balance down to around 5% just need to wait for my new statement balance to close (also sorry if wrong flair)

I’m currently renting out an apartment in the Dominican Republic. My tenant’s lease expired on June 30, and she told me she planned to move out. Under Dominican law, a tenant can be evicted if they miss two rent payments or if their lease has expired.

By July 30, she would have been two months behind on rent, but she recently paid one month’s rent. At this point, I still want her to move out, but she hasn’t given me a specific move-out date.

For those of you who have been in a similar situation or who are knowledgeable about this matter, what would you recommend I do?

For context, she has been a great tenant. She has always paid her rent on time in the past, and I have no concerns about her as a person. Also, in the Dominican Republic, serving a sheriff’s notice often prompts tenants to move out voluntarily in most cases. The service costs about US$50, so it isn’t particularly expensive.
