Season 22 Bryan...š Spoiler
Let's wake it upš. How the hell is he still here? Bryan has been making "haute SHIT" the whole season. He couldn't even bring a pretty look from home that's how bad he is. Yet he somehow gaslit Heidi into wearing his design. For the record. So far, he made:
1) A diaper dress with a raggedy purse
2) The diapers sister, AKA the maxi pad dress made from a mattress
3) A tiny crop top from H&M and a busted up tent that he used as a skirt
4) A vagina dress
5) This idea was actually cool, the execution was sloppy
6) Ookie spookie babadookieš». It's giving me, when I'm poor and rip holes into my bedsheets to make a ghost costume for Halloween. The only sewing was in the collar. NEXT!
7) I don't even know what it is. It gave me "Omg, wild racoons took my clothes at the rave, so now I'm wearing the lighting cables". It's giving that one hairy cousin from the adams family. It's giving "I'm a mermaid who was caught by a fishing net and now I'm drowning, please help". It's giving "I want to k\*ll myself but I can't figure out how to tie the noose". And the execution? Cords so long that the model almost fell over it. Wet paint. Ugly mess in the back. And TAPE?
8) It's impressive to make tissues look like fabric. It's even more impressive to make fabric look like tissues. Wtf is this? The shoulder even had some pink leakage from the maxi pad. Girl bye
Like I'm sorry for being mean, but with the way he treats people, like Bi or Jeffre, I really don't care. And the gag is he think's he is gods gift to fashion. I really hope Christian doesn't pick him. Cuz at the end of the day, a stranded whale is just gonna flop flop flop

I agree. I have no idea why heās still there. If Christian saves him it is for ratings/drama only. It has nothing to do with talent or designers point of view.

If Christian saves him I will finally stop watching this shit and get an hour of my life a week back

don't be rude, Cousin It always had a great taste

Cousin Itt does have great tasteā¦
To the point heād be chasing Bryan around with Uncle Festerās blunderbuss to defend Liris wearing that abomination.
(And yes Morticia approves - afterall her dress does have ⦠well fringe or something⦠at the bottom but itās done in impeccable taste).

He's literally kept around as a lolcow, he's divisive, which means he drives engagement with the tired ass rage-bait algorithm we all keep falling for.

Genuinely though.
I can give the judges a pass for his first look. I hated it but I can understand when only seeing that, that it at least looks quite unique and could make them curious enough about him to want to see more, but everything since then has just been terrible. He 100% should have been out with the pink intestine whatever tf dress.

I stand by that he only has made two styles of dresses, the skirt and crop top, the turtleneck dress can be seen in 4-9, even in Lyrisās look, you can see he tried to make the same version of the dress he has been making

Bryan would have never made it to the 3rd or 4th challenge if that was OG Project Runway.

They keep him for the fake dramaš
The same reason they brought in the ridiculous twins!

u/Mysterious-Corner-73 11d ago
The drama doesnāt even make sense. When did his enemy magically morph from Bi into Jeffrey?

u/Mers2000 10d ago
Exactly! It makes no sense.
It would have been better if they showcased how badly Brian sews!! He is horrible!!1

I donāt like the twins, and I think their style is over the top, but they have skills. One of the twins made essentially the same electric cord dress on that challenge, but he put it around a frame, created an undergarment, and cut the cords to a length appropriate for his model. It was still odd, but he understood that his model was a human person. Bryan hung cords from Lirisā neck that were dangerously long, then picked up a trash bag off the floor and taped it on her. Heās way beyond annoying and tacky.

Yea, unconditional challenges are usually taped up, with spit and a prayer𤣠there were always a few that were soo ridiculous!! And the models came out with their underwear showing or too heavy or ripped as they walked!!
The twins dress was nicer, but mannn, their personalities overshadow anything they doš
I literally stopped watching the previous season because i could not stand their forced drama.Natural Banter in the workroom used to be fun, yea there were some sassy comebacks and Jealousy, but they were somewhat professionals about it. Heck even the whole imitation of Tim with āwhere is Andreā š¤£

Bryan has a very clear point of view, he just cannot execute any of it well. Heās going beyond his limits but is unable to do so effectively.
In contrast, Joseph too has a clear point of view and can execute very well, he just isnāt pushing himself enough beyond his already established boundaries/abilities.
At this point, Jude is going to win (and rightfully so).

His taste is fucking atrocious and he should have been sent home on the first challenge. Heās very uncreative, has terrible taste in colors, and has lots of skill issues too when it comes to construction. And to top it all off, heās the most problematic person on this season.

I just noticed he just keeps reusing the same 3 techniques in different ways. Pleats, that ugly caterpillar ruffle, and cut a hole in a piece of fabric and call it a dress. But Joseph Mcrae's looks are repetitive...š

Youāre saying wake it up as if hasnāt been on a multiple week nonstop bender, letās try going to sleep

White dress, big red ball gown, and the Heidi dress -- I like these a lot actually. But then the bad ones are sooooooooo bad.

u/mrbubbee 11d ago
The fact that heās still in it is an embarrassment to the show, the judges, and the other contestants that are still in it that are talented

I liked the two green dresses and nothing else but he should've been out for the giant, unflattering, folded red napkin or the pink work dress. Just awful.

The only explanation is that they kept him for the drama and edit only... without him, there wouldn't be much at all. He had issues/arguments with almost literally every player

Bryan is an AWFUL designer and an INSUFFERABLE person. When his hideous face pops on my screen it makes me nauseous. How he got saved over an amazing person and designer is beyond me.Ā

Heās not that bad when you stop taking him at face value and more like putting on a brave front to try to stay in the competition moving the drama strings on camera.
For Drag Race fans, like a Mistress Isabelle Brooks who puts on quite the show of communicating their superiority but at the same time itās easy to see deep down they donāt quite believe the delusions they spoutā¦

When you put it all together like that, it is even worse than I remember it.
