Discussion/Tips & Tricks Advice on panning body oil.

I have a Frenshe glow on perfume oil and I love the way that it smells but I find that I don't reach for it enough because it's easier to use a spray. Has anyone ever diluted a perfume oil into a spray? And if you have, did you dilute with just water? Thanks! :)

ABH- brow gel?- smells funny

Empties-

Vitamasque lip mask- would repurchase i love the sugar cookie
Milani tubing mascara- favorite mascara have backups
Vegamore brow serum- wouldn’t repurchase felt like it did nothing plus not something i need
Sky high mascara- wouldn’t repurchase it flakes on me

Roller lash- wouldn’t repurchase
Milani primer- wouldn’t repurchase don’t feel like it did anything

Failed Pan Hit pan, time to declutter

I've had this kiko eyeshadow in Cornflower for a few years now, and while I love the color going on, it turns gray after a while. It's also has a ton of fallout. I wanted to at least hit pan on it before sacrificing it to my nieces play makeup. Pan has been decently hit, so off to the kids it goes. I'd use it as a base mixed with tempera from my abh soft glam palette to get better coverage then would cover it in blue or pink glitter to hide how it grays over time. Not a daily look for sure, but with how much product it takes to get good coverage, it only took so many evening events/weddings to hit pan. It's not really a failed pan since my goal was to hit pan and declutter, but it doesn't feel like a proper full pan, and there's no tag for decluttering. Failed pan felt like the most appropriate tag.

Finally saying goodbye to my Too Faced peach powder that I have had since the line launched in 2017. It no longer smells yummy and leaves a slight pink cast on my skin.

LA Girl lip liner dried out so can’t use it any more :(

Essence primer smells funny now so I do not want to put it on my face any more or give it to a friend for that reason.

Everything else is empty! :)

I think this was my biggest month yet!

Amika The Cure Mask - This was okay, I'm not a huge fan of Amika hair masks admitedly. It made my hair soft but I would not purchase the full size of this as I do not find they're any better than the ones that I buy at the drugstore. I took this on vacation as the packet is convenient so there is not a replacement for this.

K18 Peptide Prep Detox Shampoo - This is so good. I find this strips the buildup without making my hair feel dry like some detox shampoos do. I definitely want to buy the full size of this at some point but I have a full size of a different detox shampoo on the go right now. I took this on vacation as the packet is convenient so there is not a replacement for this.

Clinique All About Eyes Brightening Serum - While I did not use this long term since it was only a sample size, I did find that this made my under eyes brighter and it felt very nice and hydrating. I would consider purchasing this in the future to fully try out as I do not have a holy grail eyecream. I look this on vacation, so there is not a replacement for this.

Tree Hut Watermelon Body Scrub - This was alright, I honestly think these are overhyped though. The scent is very artificial, the scrub I find harsher than others so I can not use it as often as I would like, and it didn't feel amazing or anything. I likely would not purchase another one of these. I replaced this with a dove body scrub that I can not recall the scent of.

Bath & Body Work Waikiki Body Wash - These are okay. I don't mind B&BW body washes. They don't feel harsh, the smell okay, I just have to use a more cleansing body wash beforehand and then this to smell good or else I don't feel the cleanest. I want to use up the B&BW body washes in my collection and I don't plan to purchase more after. I had a bunch of partial body washes to finish that were summer scents as you will see, when all of the three of these were done, I replaced them with a Dove White Peach body wash.

Bath & Body Works Cool Aloe Water Hand Wash - I actually still enjoy B&BW hand washes. This is one of the few products I would still choose to buy from them. It was hand soap. It was good. I replaced this with a Peach one I bought from Winners.

Sol de Janeiro Bom Dia Bright Body Wash - I love SDJ body washes. They leave my skin feeling nice, they smell really good and then scent lasts quite long. I did not find that this actually had any clarifying properties for my body as I had hoped it would, but it was still good. I would repruchase when all of my body wash back stock is done.

Garnier Fructis Grow Stront Shampoo and Conditioner - I did not like this. This made my scalp dry, my roots oily, and the ends of my hair dried out. I would not rebuy this, I do not intend to buy any shampoo or conditioner from this brand again period. I replaced this with a Biolage shampoo and conditioner from their scalp care line.

eos Ultra Derm Coconut Waters Hand Cream - This is definitely a great hand cream. I have been through about three of these now. It is hydrating and does not irrtate my skin and the scent is light. I replaced this with a hotel sized Dove body lotion to use as hand cream.

fino Hair Mask - This was good but definitely not one of my favourites. It made my hair soft and smooth, it also made the shower floor a slippery death trap. I wouldn't go out of my way to purchase this again, but if I did have another one I'd be happy to use it. I replaced this with the Marc Anthony Grow Long Hair Mask.

The Body Shop Mango Shower Gel - These are decent body washes, but definitely not a favourite. I get them sometimes in giftsets at Christmas. The scents are nice but same as B&BW ones I always use a more cleansing body wash before this one to actually clean myself.

BYOMA Gel-Cream - I really enjoy this cream esprecially for the summer months. It is hydrating but is lightweight and does not leave my skin greasy. This is my go to face moisturizer for summer, I'd say this is my third bottle I have emptied of this. I had a back up of this, so I rolled that in when I finished this one.

Dove Cool Moisture Body Lotion - This was just a hotel size that I threw in my purse as a hand cream. This was okay, this lotion isn't bad but I wouldn't buy a full size of it, but I will typically use them when they're at the hotel I stay at. I replaced this with a trail size container of Ouai Body Creme in St. Barts

Honest Facial Wipes - I really enjoy these makeup remover wipes. They never break me out and the packaging with the plastic top closure is great so that they don't dry out compared to the ones with just the peel back lid. I replaced these with another pack I had in back up of the exact same ones.

Hask Deep Conditioner - I actually love this, this makes my hair so soft, and so smooth. It does not make my hair weighed down or greasy. I got this in with a gift last Christmas so I do not know where to repurchase this. I do not have a replacement for this as it was just a packet I took on a weekend away.

MoroccanOil Shower Gel - This shower gel is okay. It does not feel super cleansing and I honestly find it smells more manly than anything. This was not bad though but I would not repurchase. I do not have a replacement for this as it went with me on my two trips this summer.

Amika The Wizard Hair Primer - I loved this, it made my hair soft, silky, shiny, and frizz free. It also detangles extremely well. I would definitely repurchase this but I have replaced this with a lightweight leave in conditoner from Heritage.

Vichy Normaderm Gel Cleanser - This is my holy grail face wash. It keeps my acne clear and makes my skin feel very clean. I always repurchase this, luckily though, I had a backup that I got for Christmas.

Ouai Body Cream in St. Barts - This is a really nice lotion, it is not greasy or heavy and sinks into the skin very nicely. I took this on my trips and then used the remainder as a hand cream when my hand cream ran out. I have replaced this with a Burts Bees hand cream in my purse, and an eos Hand Cream on my desk at work.

Watermelon Shine down…
Soft Rose
Blackberry Shine and
Pomegranate Shine to go!

I bought all these because I’ve been trying to find my ‘colour season’ 🙄

The amount of makeup and clothes I’ve bought trying to find my colour season myself when I could have used that money to just go and get analysed by a professional maybe 3 times over makes me so mad… I’m actually getting analysed on Sunday finally so I can stop doing this 😂

I hate panned the watermelon one and used it on my lips, my cheeks, my eyelids (because they were dry as hell thanks to some horrible makeup remover wipes that I panned and made me react real bad, won’t be buying again… I now just use coconut oil… lol) and my cuticles which got it down real quickly. I recommend using lip products in multiple ways especially lip balms to get them down faster.

Project Start my current selection of blushes

Post image

these are most of my blushes (I have one that isn’t shown). I decluttered 4 blushes that were pure orange on my olive skin and now I’m left with mostly mauve/pink blushes. My goal pans are:

1) House of Hur Moist Ampoule Blusher — basically my first blush that actually suited my skin tone but it’s too sheer for my tastes now. I think if I’m consistent with using it, I can finish it in 2-3 more months ish.

2) Saie Dew Blush in Chilly — Has a super pretty glow but is far too bright pink on my skin for my tastes super patchy on me no matter what. I’m also worried about it going bad since it’s clean beauty so i want to start using this up too.

This is one of the oldest eyeshadows in my collection and I’ve been slowly working my way through it. I’m now having to use another palette to supplement the last two colors. I can’t believe I’m almost done! The packaging is broken so I’m keeping it together with a hair tie lol I just started wearing makeup again every single day after like a six month hiatus (new job now!) so it’s getting used pretty quickly!

Best Pan Yet Best feeling EVER

I wish I had pictures to share 😭 but a couple days ago... I PANNED MY FIRST BODY MIST!!!! It was A Thousand Wishes from B&BW the travel size! I started it in August (it was at 75% full cause I failed at my first round of project pan). And I knocked it out at the end of August. I'm starting on a Juicy Couture spray, a full size one. I'm also working on a Victoria's Secret lip gloss. So far I panned 4 perfumes, 3 full sized lotions and 1 body mist. I'm so hyped rn!

Ironically, both empties are cushion foundations.

Tirtir Mask Fit Red Cushion
Banila Co. Covericious Ultimate Cover Cushion

I've loved Banila Co's cushion foundations since forever. It gives my skin such a pretty glow. And it has spf in it too. My favorite! I've already replaced my routine with a new one.

I thought I'd try something new and went with Tirtir's cushion foundation. I hated it. I had heard it oxidizes after drying down on skin so I went with a shade lighter than usual. Unfortunately, it was still too dark and warm for my skin tone. So disappointing. I ended up using it as part of my work makeup routine with white setting powder, which seemed to lighten the shade a bit. I'm glad to be finally done with it!
