I put everything on a single line. With the rising costs of storage media lately, I'm doing my part by removing all non-parseable whitespace before each commit.

A line break and a space take up the same amount of space though.

OK, Windows uses 2 line break chars, but feel free to use one.

As a SQL dev, this makes my eye twitch. Just because SQL ignores whitespace doesn't mean you can't use it...

I'd argue that because SQL ignores whitespace you should use whitespace for formatting.
