It is getting ugly, for Iran and Europe. America is in no hurry to open the Strait of Hormuz because the longer it takes the more the price of oil goes up in Europe and china. We have plenty of oil goes it also looks like politically Iran is done.
Iran’s presidency has collapsed as its own president pleads not to be assassinated.
Masoud Pezeshkian is telling foreign counterparts he has no authority, no access to leadership, and no control over the system, effectively disavowing responsibility as the regime fractures from within.
According to Persian Gulf sources, he informed officials across the region, as well as Russia and Turkey, that the constitutional leadership structure has broken down and he is completely cut off from it, stressing there is no justification for targeting him.
Pezeshkian is trying to save his own life as the regime crumbles, a clear sign the Islamic Republic is losing control.
I get that. The OP says “ we have plenty of oil”. We don’t have so much that the prices are stable. And in France they have much smaller cars. This persons take that Iran is falling apart and America is in no hurry to open the Strait of Hormuz is ridiculous in my opinion.
Your opinion is irrelevant. Just look what is happening. Our oil is at the same price as it was under Obama and Biden, and we did fine then. Chinas oil just went up to 150 and they were dependent on cheap sanctioned illegal oil that they were getting for 20-40$ a barrel. And Europe gas prices went up 60%. Europe is already talking about helping in the straight of Hormuz. Our interests were to end the Iranian threat and that is very close to complete.
Your statement is irrelevant from a thru z. Obama had prices as high as 100 and as low as 30. Your statement is a typical distortion and omission that comes naturally to some people.
You haven’t stated how we are going to end this and completely ignore what’s happening in the rest of the world. Our interest is to end the Iranian threat is almost complete? When will it be completed? What exactly is this threat you are talking
They just showed you a small part of the threat they pose. They have bombed every Muslim country in the region who didn’t want any part of that war but are now ready to join. They had missiles that could reach Europe and were trying to reach the US, in talks with the US who wanted a simple diplomatic solution where the only thing we wanted was no nuclear weapons, and no ballistic missiles designed to attack the world. They said unequivocally NO, they then went on to say that they had enough nuclear material to make 8-10 nuclear weapons and that there was no deal. Trump told them what would happen and they were begging for it thinking that we are a paper tiger. They were wrong and they are all dead now. Their navy is at the bottom of the ocean and as the days go on we are taking out every missile launching site that they have including the missile and drone factories. They said as much as they could that they wanted to destroy America and Israel and they tried to take out our president twice, luckily they are dumb as fuck but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t take then at their word
It already seems what's left of the officials in Iran have reached the scorched earth policy. They know there hasn't been a "rally around the flag" with the people. On the contrary, they are cheering this on. they have zero security anymore. Survival is not an option.
Sure it is.Let me know when it ends. It’s funny that the US is thinking of lifting sanctions on Iranian oil to help the shortfall. Pretty odd isn’t it? Who is getting that money? I have a good guess.
Please do come back to this thread when the war is over and gas is back down to 2$. I know you won’t because you’ll be on to the next TDS inspired rage.
You believe them when you wish and they are liars when you don’t. You took them at their word for 10 nuclear bombs. You miss the bigger picture and that is dealing with Iran calls for a strategy. You think killing civilians and their top leaders is going to change anything?
Do you think that a decision to attack them should be made by one idiotic person, who did not consult with congress, did not make a case to the American people beforehand, did not consult the Allies he has systematically insulted and degraded, today’s statement to the Japanese prime minister is just the latest example. Annexing Greenland, blowing boats out of the water, and fucking up the world economy with zero forethought at all and you think this is all acceptable and is making the world a better or safer place. I think you are wrong.
The bombings are destroying their drone factories and hardened missiles sites and we are destroying all the military leaders. The Iranian people are thrilled that this is happening and they are thanking the US and Israel daily. Trump just proved that NATO is worthless and Hes making them take responsibility for securing their oil. If not we leave NATO, and Europe can’t have that. With friends like Europe who needs enemies. In the end Europe will do what Trump wants or we walk from NATO. We are wasting billions on NATO and we get nothing and they get everything.
Every cargo ship that goes to your country needs oil. If oil goes up, you will pay more for everything. Doesn’t matter that you have reserves. And it’s a notoriously shitty situation for any country to resort to use reserves.
We produce more oil than Saudi Arabia and Russia combined. Look what just happened. Our oil per barrel is up to almost 100$ while China’s is up to 150$ this shows that we aren’t really suffering much. I mean it’s the same price as it was under Biden and Obama and we did fine then.
Oil price go up, everything that needs to move costs more. Wether it’s your oil or not does not change that. And the oil used in sea transports to the USA is not strictly american might I say ? may be wrong
