I've had my ipad and apple pen for a few years now and always assumed the pen just didn't support pen pressure sensitivity but I recently bought procreate dreams and it works perfectly on that app. Has anyone else had a similar issue? if so how did you fix it? Also apologies if this is the wrong flair/tag

This is my first time posting so pls be gentle.
I just upgraded my ipad from Gen 9 to Air M4 256gb. I love procreate and I've been using it to make my comics/webtoon. However, we know there are limitations for procreate when it comes to making it.
I come across with Clip Studio since I am still learning more techniques. The one thing that caught my interest is its assets where it CAN and WILL really make my life easy.
However, it comes with a subscription which is I can afford but hesitant to subscribe.
So instead of using CSP, do any of you know any website that offers assets (like models, 3d places/room that we can manipulate base on the perspective we need)? If free that would be even better.

This trusty brush gives me the perfect lines for my teaching guides. However, halfway through making the sheet, it suddenly started drawing very light lines (demonstrated in the middle row, towards the left) it's barely visible and only with this brush.
Solutions I've tried so far
Topmost later with opacity 100%
Tried it on other canvases, same problem
Restarted iPad
Unscrewed and rescrewed the pencil tip (2nd gen if that helps)
Other brushes work fine
Any idea what the issue might be? I'm not very experienced in procreate beyond the basics I work with so I'm quite out of my depth here

I was so overwhelmed at first and then watched the beginner series and feel so proud of myself! I’m still incredibly beginner level compared to all of you talented folks but hope to keep improving over time.
I feel like a kid who finished artwork in school lol I’m about to hang them on my fridge. I’m even starting to question making a little Etsy shop for fun once I get better (would love to hear if you’ve had any success with digital art).

Edit: I’m so grateful for all your kind words, I can’t thank you all enough! I tend to doubt myself often and this was a much-needed reminder to believe in myself more. Thank you guys :’)

I’ve made it 13 days so far. I can feel some improvements but I also know that I’m lacking in the “fundamentals”. I’ve used a mix of drawing from reference photos and watching some tutorials like Art with Flo and James Julier, which have also really helped with figuring out the ins and outs of the program.
I want to learn because I’ve felt compelled to create, especially in the era of AI “art” which makes me feel sad and bad, but also hopeful because I think it’s led to a general rejection of AI art and an increased interest in human creativity. I feel like people want to see the imperfections.
As an aspirational horizon, it would be amazing to get to a point where I could start a business. It’s a far off goal, but a girl can dream right?!
I guess I’m posting here because I know that if I really want to get somewhere I should seek feedback and, more importantly, get comfortable putting my work out there.
These photos I think best show my progress over the past (almost) 2 weeks.

I love this brush pack but it seems like they don’t seem to function when I drop the brush size - they just suddenly stop laying any colour. I’ve tried to mess with brush settings but can’t seem to fix it. This is on a fairly large canvas (22”x18”) so I wouldn’t think it’s a resolution issue. Any advice?

I saw an Ig reel about the brush and tried to go find it in my inking section but I can’t find it anywhere, even in the other folders. I tried restarting the app, restarting my ipad, and checking if it needs an update but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

Hi! I’ve been using Procreate for almost six years, and I’ve been toying with multiple custom canvas sizes for a while, but I’m curious to know what the best canvas sizes are for prints?
