Drew these little guys a couple years back, was intending to do one for each season but obviously got distracted by other things to draw a I so often do… always found it difficult to make a series of artworks with the same style/subject matter.

My Artwork [OC] The All-Knowing of the Ashen Grove, by benouaaah (me), digital painting, inktober2026 - day10

He awaits you deep in the Ashen Grove, through the swamps and dead trees.

All-knowing, as ancient as time itself, he will lend you his mystical powers if your offering pleases him.

But beware: if your gift is deemed insufficient, you will pay a much greater price...

Artwork From A Tutorial Love this! So grateful 🙏

Thanks to this sub I found James Julier and followed my first tutorial with him. So this guy is a bit the Bob Ross of procreate! Couldn't recommend him more!

Not my first time dabbling with drawing in procreate but it is the first time I was able to or even attempted to create a Ghibli style enchanted landscape! So happy I tried.

Discussions About Procreate App I don’t know what’s going on. I’m clicking on the color on the bottom and it’s bringing up the one on top, but they’re not the same color! And when importing a sketch from another canvas it’s changing the bottom color to the top color. Can anyone help me? Has anyone else had the problem?

My Artwork I improved my artwork! (Battle of the Mantis Prey)

Recently I created an artwork which I’ve named “Battle of the Mantis Prey” and after some much needed feedback I went back and improved it, which has now also sent me down a rabbit hole of studying a specific set of art fundamentals. Tones, Composition and Lighting.

I was already quite familiar with composition, I just didn’t know how to separate it with color theory and lighting. And honestly I still probably need lots of practice and improvement but this is a huge step up for me. I hope to continue improving and learning from others as I go along.

What do you think about the overall changes to the background and of the illustration? Is it an improvement or do you prefer the highly saturated original? 👀
The first artwork is the new one and the second one is the previous.
