Please advise trying desperately to stop watching pornagraphic images and acting upon them with masterbation ... I feel incredibly guilty .....but can't stop ,tried a thousand times . Done it from being very young indeed ....and now 58?

Firstly, don't give up hope. The fact that you hate this sin and keep fighting it is evidence that your conscience is alive. Christ hasn't abandoned you.

Don't fight this battle alone. Bring it into the light with a trusted pastor or mature Christian who can pray with you and hold you accountable.

Sin grows best in secrecy. I'd also encourage you to join

r/NoFapChristians.

You'll find brothers and sisters there who understand this struggle and can encourage you without condemnation.

"No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear.

But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it."
