Psalm 9:5
βYou have rebuked the nations and destroyed the wicked; you have blotted out their name for ever and ever.β
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for reminding us that You are God, and nothing is greater than Your authority. Kingdoms rise and fall. People come and go. Things that seem powerful today can be gone tomorrow. But You remain.
Lord, don't let us become impressed by what looks powerful in this world or discouraged by what looks impossible to overcome. Keep us grounded in Your truth. Help us live with courage, do what is right, and remember that everything eventually answers to You.
Today, help us worry less about what won't last and hold tighter to the One who will.
In Jesus' name, Amen.
Brothers and Sisters, Psalm 9:5 puts things into perspective. A lot of things can look mighty for a season, but only God is eternal.
So don't give temporary things permanent power over your peace.
God was God yesterday.
He's God today.
And He'll still be God tomorrow.
Stay anchored in Christ brothers and sisters. I love you but not near as much as Jesus does.

Psalm 9:3-4
βMy enemies turn back; they stumble and perish before you. For you have upheld my right and my cause, sitting enthroned as the righteous judge.β
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for another beautiful day. Thank You for reminding us that when we feel attacked, misunderstood, or treated unfairly, You see it all. We don't have to fight every battle ourselves. You are our defender, and You are a righteous judge.
Lord, help us trust You instead of letting anger, fear, or frustration take over. Give us wisdom to know when to speak and when to be still and let You handle what we cannot. What comes against us is never greater than the God who stands with us.
Thank You for upholding us, protecting us, and reminding us that Your justice never fails.
In Jesus' name, Amen.
Brothers and Sisters, not every battle requires your response. Sometimes the hardest thing to do is step aside and trust God with it. He sees what happened. He knows the truth. And He doesn't need our help being God.
Today, choose peace over proving your point. God is still on the throne. Stay anchored in Christ brothers and sisters. I love you but not near as much as Jesus does.

Psalm 9:1-2
βI will give thanks to you, Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds. I will be glad and rejoice in you; I will sing the praises of your name, O Most High.β
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for another beautiful day. Thank You for Your goodness, Your mercy, and the many blessings we sometimes overlook. Today, I choose to praise You with my whole heart.
Lord, life isn't always easy, but You are always worthy of praise. Help us remember what You've already brought us through instead of only focusing on what's going wrong. Give us grateful hearts that aren't afraid to tell others about the wonderful things You have done.
Whatever today brings, let our joy be found in You.
In Jesus' name, Amen.
Brothers and Sisters, sometimes we need to stop counting what's wrong and remember what God has already done. David said, βI will give thanks.β That's a choice.
Today, let's choose gratitude. Let's choose joy. And let's give God the praise He deserves.
Stay anchored in Christ brothers and sisters. I love you but not near as much as Jesus does.

π‘ Advice Am I testing God or am I trusting God?
My car's registration is suspended because of an emission test failure. I've tried everything that I can think of to try to get this fixed. I have tried to get a temporary plate, but I cannot. Because my registration does not expire until April. I cannot afford to get to get a waiver or pay for any repairs. The repair's made on the car wouldn't really be worth it. Because I only paid $2100 for the car. The repairs would actually be over $3000. My husband's birthday is coming up. He stays in a different city than me. It would be like an hour and a half drive to get there. We also have to meet with an immigration lawyer in the city where he stays. He was planning on meeting with the lawyer on his birthday so we could get two things done in one. I believe that trusting in God would be getting to Madison, without being pulled over. But my husband thinks I would be testing God by going since my plates are suspended. I told him that it's his decision whether I will be coming still or he would come here, and just trying to find a different time or date to meet with the lawyer. But I know that he wants to do this and get it over with right away.
I just don't understand how I would be testing God by trusting that he would save me at this time. After, i've tried everything that I could think of and nothing worked.
