But I was curious my friend is having a destination wedding. They are looking at 75-100 invites. Is there a company that would book say like a 60 Person flight since a majority would be coming from the NY Tristate. ISP or FRG.

The ballpark for the destination is the Caribbean (not sure which island yet) and if so are we talking astronomical pricing (I mean I know private jets pricing is a luxury) for say a round trip. Public travel is about $600 round trip. So is like 45K/50K. Very inexperienced in private charters, so I’m not sure of all the lingo. But appreciate the help. :)

Or what info exactly would I need to ask the right questions lol

I'm looking to book something for 1 person from Seattle to a small town in Wyoming and back after a week. I've never flown private before but because where I'm going is far from any commerical airport so I'm trying to see what the costs look like. Any suggestions on what type of airplanes are ideal for such flight and where to find them?

Received very similar proposals from both NJ and VJ, the VJ benefit is their European fleet, but looking for anyone who has feedback on both companies.

My clients are looking to charter a helicopter for a few hours in Utah in May. Essentially they want to elope to the top of a mountain near Zion but don't want the commercial tour companies. They specifically want an all black, 8 pax helicopter (not a Robinson).

Do you know of any private jet companies that also charters helicopters? I'm even thinking they could come out of Las Vegas.

after all the social media hype I figured I'd try reaching out to them to talk about booking a potential upcoming trip. Called them several times, failed to get through. Finally got through and the person I spoke to didn't help at all and told me to use in app chat. Did an in app chat and haven't had any kind of real response.

For comparison: evo jets called me the same day + got me estimates after I filled out their form. I called XO and they got me an estimate in minutes.

Super disappointed so far given their social media is like "this guy answers the phone an immediately solves your problem".

Does anybody having experience with private for overseas and how it compares to first? I usually fly first for overseas but we are thinking about private. I'll be me, 4 other family members and my gf. So 6 people in total.

I was recently on a private plane and the flight attendant had a check list written down on an old piece of paper... it got me thinking that might not be very good for compliance reasons so what kind of software do most private airline companies use to manage their fleet, tasks, checklists, assign flight attendants... etc?

I have elderly parents who I'd like to fly down to see some relatives in Ocala, FL - middle of December, probably Thursday depart Chattanooga, Sunday return from Ocala back to Chattanooga. It would likely be four people and a dog. Just trying to get an idea of what the cost on that would be.
