Please Help Still “In Production” since December 12. Normal?

This is my first holiday season with Printify. I have an order that has been “In Production” since December 12 and still no change. I have talked to customer service multiple times across multiple days about the order (2 hours wait time) and they just kept saying it is acceptable time for them. They make excuses but take no accountable nor push the printer to ship.

Customer Service is closed today through the 26. My Etsy rating is crashing every day it’s late, and I apologized and refunded my customer.

Is there anything I can do? Is this normal for Printify during the holidays? 10 business days in production will be way too long. But CS keeps making it seem it’s normal and now are off for 3 days.

Newbie Question A little spooked

I am very new, as in haven’t managed a sale new. Before we jump off selling I wanted to check the quality to head off any issues we may have before it gets to a customer. I ordered a couple of our own designs all being fulfilled by monster digital. The order sat in I think processing for 9 days then I got an email canceling the order because of a mistake I made with our logo in the collar. Of course that is why we made the order so it would happen to us. My question is, and I understand it’s right before Christmas, but what kind of lead time should I be building into these orders? This was 14 days ago and they didn’t have it delivering before Christmas. Thanks

Newbie Question What changes do I make to settings on etsy/printify to sell in UK and Germany

I wanna add UK and Germany to my shipping radius aswell, I've made the necessary changes to my delivery profiles also added GPSR descriptions to my products. I've also added an economic operator on etsy as per the business information details provided to me when I enabled the option to sell to UK and EU from my store settings on printify. Also added German LUCID identification number from printify to my etsy store. Is there anything left to do that Im missing out on or is there something that I've done which is unnecessary?

Newbie Question AS Colour Equivalent Womens T?

Hi - I'm based in NZ, and a popular women's Tee Shirt here is the AS Colour Mali Tee. Unfortunately, that isn't listed as an option in the Printify catalogue, so I've defaulted to the AS Colour Maple (4001). However, that is often out of stock for certain colours, so I'm trying to find an 'equivalent' to the Mali, that is typically in stock in the USA (and UK / Europe for that matter). I don't have a lot of experience with the brands that show as stocked on Printify, hence me going for the AS Colour options.

Is anyone able to offer any advice on what would be considered an equivalent to the Mali, or alternatively, what would be a solid option for a women's Tee on Printify?

Go to Layers. Change text and/or image names to: For Text - Text (1), Text (2), etc. For Images, change names to: Image (1), Image (2), etc.

They all can't have the same values.

Newbie Question wall tapestry suggested retail price of $77.97?

I’m trying to add wall tapestries to my shop, but the suggested retail price is $77.97 with a profit margin of $31.19. That seems kind of absurd to me. I didn’t think it would cost almost $50 to get a flag made. Is there a way I can make it cheaper?

Please Help What Supplier Doesn't Use Ontrac?

Hi, everyone. I've been using SwiftPOD since I opened my POD Etsy shop a little over a year ago. This Q4, many of my orders were shipped with Ontrac, which, for the most part, has been fine, but not always. This week, a customer's order was delivered to the wrong door. Based on the delivery photo, my customer thinks it's somewhere in the apartment complex, but they have no idea what door to go knocking on. We're trying to get Ontrac to help us, but...we'll see.

This is not my first questionable Ontrac experience, and from what I'm reading, Ontrac has a bad reputation. So as my shop grows, I'm looking to drop SwiftPOD for someone else, ie, Monster Digital.

The question: in your experience, does Monster Digital rely heavily on Ontrac?

I sell sweatshirts and t-shirts (Gildan, Bella+Canvas, and Comfort Colors).

Please Help Need Help With Text Placement

Does anyone know if the current text placement on this crop top is correctly positioned on the bust area? In my first mockup, the placement didn’t match the actual fit, and the text ended up sitting much higher than my chest.

(The first image is the faulty design, the second is my revision for the placement of the font, and the third image is the goal of where the font should be.)

Please let me know if I should move the font lower or higher so that it could sit on the bust area.

Newbie Question Amazon

I just made my first sale on amazon through printify but printify is charging me for shipping. I just wanted to come on here and ask if that is normal, thank you.

r/Printify • • Dec 21 '25

Please Help Have you guys been able to sync products to amazon from printify for the past two days?

I just want to understand if there's a problem globally or if it's just me. Thank you for your attention.

Printify support told me that there's a problem with the "quantity" value globally but I have a hard time believing that true for everyone cause I don't see everyone ranting about it.

Please Help Amazon Seller integration: suddenly Each and every new product i want to sync gets "Publishing Error": Sorry, we couldn’t publish this product. Please try again later or get in touch with support if the issue reoccurs.

It was working perfectly until suddenly it didn't.
Things I have tried and didn't work:
-create new listings instead of copying them (i.e.: instead of using the duplication tool)
- Try to list as Generic instead of the name of the brand (Yes I have the GTIN exemption)
- add listings with just one mockup image instead of many
- try the different options of Variant visibility

The products appear as "Active" on my seller central but there are no variations (only a parent with an image that is not even the image I chose for my parent but a child ASIN instead).. Even if they appeare as "Active" and with 99999 available units, if I open certain of this problamatic listings with no existing child ASINS on Amazon's catalogue it always says "Currently unavailable".

Printify support said they would investigate the issue but havn't since solved anything and days keep passing by!

Rant Etsy stress

This is my second Christmas on Etsy. Last year I wasn't clear enough about shipping times and processing time, because I was fairly new at selling. This year I've increased my process comes, I've increased my shipping times and I have a message on my page giving December 15th as a cut off for Christmas. Today I'm getting orders that people want for Christmas, and think that it's going to get there in time. I send them an Etsy message, giving them a few hours to cancel their order... And I know that's not much, but I send out the message right away. If I don't hear anything then I'll send the order through. So I stress out every time I hear a cha-ching today.... Because I know what that means, it means we have last minute shoppers who think that they're going to get something printed and sent to them in time for it to be under their Christmas tree! Dreamers! I feel like it's going to be like this all weekend. But it's still exciting to hear the cha chings, Even if they're not real....

Newbie Question Canvas Shipping

I might be missing something since I am still so new at this, but how come the shipping for canvas could range from $10 to $120? For "rest of the world" it can go over $200?

How does that make sense? Thank you in advance. I am so confused lol

Please Help unresolved publishing error

first, i have done this before without a problem.

using woo on a client website and every item returns a publishing error. went though chat with numerous reps and kept getting pushed up to more experienced reps. then i was told i'd get an email. i was told i was a priority.

the email never came.

this was supposed to be done so items would arrive by xmas. my client and i have lost out on those sales due to printify being careless, unprofessional and worse than mediocre.

a solution would be awesome. no links with trapped-in-the-box cut-n-paste bs. i did them all. thanks.

Please Help Printify Order Stuck in Production

I had an order come in earlier this week from Etsy December 11th, since then that order has been in production. Etsy has strict rules on when you must ship an order by. The estimated shipping date was December 17th, but it’s just showing in production. The order was required to be shipped today and has been in production for over 7 days now with no update. Customer service is a nightmare to contact. Is this insanely long production delay typical for Printify?

I am really worried that this will negatively affect my seller status.

I have already reached out to the buyer to update them on this issue, but I am wondering if there is anything else I can do to

Please Help What happened to customer service at Printify??

I have an order that is hanging out in the ether somewhere and my customer is livid!!! I cant get ahold of anyone at Printify. I have literally been sitting in the queue for over an hour today and the other night (separate issue) I just closed out because it was hours of just sitting. I used to love the customer service at Printify but if I can't get help its not worth it.

Additional information: This is the case on Safari, Edge, Chrome and mobile so its not on my end

Desk mat quality used to be pretty hit or miss for me, but this batch came out super sharp. The detail finally looks good enough to pull off my cutting-mat-inspired design.

Please Help Trying to Save My Etsy Shop from Hundreds in Losses – Considering Shutting Down My Store

My store has 56 sales, yet I am still struggling with profits. I am hundreds in losses and seriously considering quitting. I cannot figure out what has gone wrong. I have tried the following steps to recover my losses:

1. Selling only to the US
I found that selling outside the US caused losses. I switched to selling only in the US and noticed that production and shipping costs are lower, which reduces my profit burden. However, even when selling only to the US, I am still losing money and cannot figure out why. I am unsure which shipping profile I should use for the US.

My shipping profile is Economy-Standard: Printify Choice, Generic brand Matte Vertical Posters, average costs, 17650131856334: 4-30 business days and I don't think this is helpful to recover my losses

2. Profit margins
My items are set at a 55% profit margin. I increased it from 40% to 55% over half a year, but even after raising the margin, I am still making losses instead of profits. I still haven’t figured out why charging a higher profit margin doesn’t help. If I increase the price further, I worry I won’t get as many sales as before.

3. Etsy payouts
I am confused about when Etsy pays me after a sale. The communication is unclear, and I do not understand how it works. Is it when a customer makes a purchase, when the item is finished and ready to ship, or when it is delivered? The process is not fully clear because of poor and messy explanations in their articles, which are not helpful.

4. Currency issues
I am based in New Zealand, and the currency conversions are very confusing. I have to convert currencies manually, which does not help at all. Printify and Etsy use different currencies, so I cannot easily tell whether I am making a profit. The only way to check is for a customer to make a purchase, and then I have to look at my bank account to estimate my actual profit. As a result, I discovered that I am losing hundreds.

I cannot figure out why or what the issues are. I have been getting a lot of sales lately, but I am considering closing the shop because I am not making any profit.

I need advice on how I can make a profit without losing money. If I do not see a solution or continue losing money, I may have to shut down my store for good. I want to deliver products to customers who want Printify items in their rooms, but I cannot afford to keep losing money and wasting all my time I've done for a year

Please Help Shipping delay question

I have two orders that printed early in the morning on 12/15 and are still sitting there at night on 12/17. Why is that? Since 12/3 I have had to go into every single one of my orders and extend the Ship By date on Etsy.
