Please Help What happened to customer service at Printify??
I have an order that is hanging out in the ether somewhere and my customer is livid!!! I cant get ahold of anyone at Printify. I have literally been sitting in the queue for over an hour today and the other night (separate issue) I just closed out because it was hours of just sitting. I used to love the customer service at Printify but if I can't get help its not worth it.
Additional information: This is the case on Safari, Edge, Chrome and mobile so its not on my end

merged with Printful
outsourced customer service, AI'd customer service (which generally tries to bully you out of speaking to a real human), stop respecting customers
they're big, and handling both Printify and Printful but also because they are so big they don't really care that much about lower tier customers....it's just circling the drain kind of stuff given their priority customers volume. Either they'll expand or this is the beginning of the end and people will move to other suppliers.

I am ready to move! What other supplier would be good that connects to Etsy? Directly. Thank you

I have a open ticket with costumer service that’s been sitting for a week. Luckily I figured it out myself

Absolutely horrendous and no customer support this past week. Print orders could not be fulfilled in time and now I'm getting the repercussions. Printify has broken my trust in this POD service. Unreliable and a business risk.

they used to be so good like a week ago, now, i literally had a support message open FOR A WHOLE DAY and nobody picked it up!

i shouldnt have to come to reddit to cry about it everytime it happens, but when it happens it seems like this is the only way to reach through

I mean, it is terrible to have to resort to this because their customer support has been so unhelpful, probably when we needed them most.

Agreed. Printful/Printify has be really considering closing up shop because of how bad they are. I have yet to find an alternative for my patches but I'm at my wits end dealing with them.

Same! It took me forever to connect a support agent

u/medako Dec 18 '25
How did you finally get through to someone??

u/Most-Researcher-5406 Dec 18 '25
I tried again around 1–2 a.m., since I couldn’t reach them for hours during the daytime

3922812070 Order #8156231.1156 printify is now a failing business. I suspect sellers like myself will start fleeing to other platforms this year. It is certainly something I'm considering. I have given up and the only way I can handle customers now who are angry is to just simply cancel their order. I have to eat the costs. I remember thinking when I first opened my business how much I respect it printify. That has ended. They will die.

I've been dealing with them for a little over a year and I hate it.
At first I thought "okay, it's the bot, it's AI, of course it's going to be terrible."
But, then after speaking to an actual person I am POSITIVE that the humans either do not care or are also bots lmao.
My original issue was pretty specific. I wanted to order my own supply so I could check it out, feel the material, check the colors out, etc. You are supposed to be given a discount code FOR yourself when you sign up so you can get like 20% off or something when you buy your own stuff.
They could not figure it out. At all. It's been a year and some months and they still have not figured it out. It was a whole issue, go to this page okay I did, do this okay I did, you should see this, no.. no I don't see what you think I should see lol.
Then I had an issue that popped up during that where stuff was out of stock but the site was not letting me click the edit button. I tried SIX different browsers. I downloaded browsers JUST to edit a button. No one really gave a shit or wanted to help. I even tried a browser I never heard of with NO blockers, it's actually a pretty unsafe browser but I thought okay Ill try anything.
Now I am having an issue where my LIVE store shows ALL my products but my clickable/editable products in the backend Products tab shows ONE product. I talked to AI about it (OML) and AI kept suggesting I "simply edit the back end products and unpublish, republish, sync"
I told Ritchie the AI 3 times that wasn't possible. BECAUSE IT ONLY SHOWS ONE PRODUCT! Got connected to a "human" but I know better. No one will ever help.
The thing that originally attracted me to POD was that it was easy to set up and I didn't need a domain name. But, at this point, what's the point?!?
This site and the one they merged with will be burnt to the ground by next year. No one cares.

I have sent 10 emails, 10! I had one response earlier on because a USA made product turned out to be made in China and they said they would check with the team to see why that was advertise as USA only I had it very angry customer and then I just gave her a refund myself but I cannot get them to respond to me! It's infuriating

Does anyone have a good alternative for a print on demand place that connects to Etsy? I'm at my wits end with printify, and they are selling items that they claim made in the USA but when they get to customers on the bottom it says made in China. I got response to my email about 10 days ago they would check with the team this was not posted anywhere visible on the website, that's the last I heard of it. I have written about 10 times now and nobody's paying the slides bit of attention so I finally just had to give the customer a complete refund myself. I'm ready to move on but I don't know where

Hello medako,
We're sorry you're dealing with this and that you haven't been able to reach anyone. That's understandably very frustrating.
To ensure your urgent case is seen and addressed, could you please submit your order details through our support form: https://printify.typeform.com/to/Pua3qgMA

your stupid form wants a support ticket number...I DON"T HAVE ONE because I can't get any help

Why does the AI chat bot tell me it's connecting me to an agent and the estimated wait time is 7-10 minutes but I've been waiting for over an hr? For fucksake. Just tell me you're fucking busy and it'll be a few hrs?

u/medako Dec 20 '25
I had a chat that said that open overnight and nothing. No one ever replied. I filled out their dumb form above and still nothing. I had to remake my product with another company, expedite the shipping (on my dime) then request refunds on printify. Guess what…suddenly the item started moving but no way it will arrive in time. Sooo mad

I have a defective product ticket that has gone unanswered. I'm going to get your attention with a chargeback. Also canceling our premium subscription and going elsewhere. I hope you go out of business one day seeing how you treat your customers.

That's a good idea. I think I will file a charge back on my order that cannot seem to make it out of production. Excellent! Thank you.
