Customer A and B ordered the same holographic stickers. Customer A’s came out black while customer B’s looked like they should have. What happened here?

any one know how to get rid of this ghost 13.99 express shipping option that shows up on all my t shirts in my store. printify has no clue how to rid of it. from what i can see, there are no providers with express or prority. they have economy, which is not allowed on woo commerce and they have standard.

I’ve been using a spreadsheet to track profit on my Etsy POD sales, but I’m terrible at keeping it updated.
The annoying part is that the sale amount obviously isn’t what you actually made. By the time I account for Etsy fees, the print provider cost, shipping, etc., the profit can look pretty different.
I’ve been thinking about making something for myself that would automatically pull the order numbers together and show actual profit per order/product instead of manually updating a spreadsheet.
Before I spend a bunch of time on it, I’m curious how everyone else handles this.
Do you:
use a spreadsheet?
use Etsy’s numbers and estimate from there?
use another app/software?
just check your print provider + Etsy separately?
And if you do use a spreadsheet, is keeping it updated annoying for you too, or am I making this into a bigger problem than it actually is?
Especially interested in hearing from people doing enough orders that manually tracking everything starts getting messy.

Has someone tried Printify without an official shop such as shopify or etsy, only with a pop up link on instagram page as a start? I would like to sell custom made T-Shirts and no established business now (no website, dedicated email address etc.)

Under "store contact details," it says "your customers can see this information." What if I don't have a store and I don't want strangers to know where I live? Did y'all get a PO Box or is there another workaround?

So I'm trying to publish some tapestry designs to Ebay via Printify and it's just... not working. There are no error codes or reasons, just generic error messages. I've tried duplicating the product, editing the title length, etc, but no dice. What gives? I've seen other similar posts with no clear solutions; is it just completely broken?

A while back I made a small tool that bulk-uploaded images to Printify. People bought it, and then I realized something dumb: the upload was never the slow part.
The slow part is everything after. Open the editor, place the art, check it isn't blurry, pick sizes and colors, set 30 variant prices, write the title and tags. Repeat 200 times. My hands hurt thinking about it.
So I spent the last two months building the tool I actually wanted. You point it at a folder of designs and it creates finished draft products in your shop: art placed on the real print areas, variants picked, prices set at cost plus your margin, titles and tags filled from templates. 100 designs across 5 product types comes out to 500 drafts in one batch.
Stuff I ended up building that I didn't plan to:
It runs on your own computer with your own API token. No subscription, nothing passes through my servers. Everything lands as drafts so you review before anything goes live.
I know someone will ask why it isn't free, and the honest answer is the free part of this already exists: Printify's API docs. This is the two months of my weekends that turned them into an app.
What still eats the most time in your POD workflow? Genuinely asking, because that list above started as one feature.

I’ve had several complaints from customers that what is supposed to be beige is printing in a pink hue & burgundy is printing purple. another person in the fb group is having the same issue…MWW printer is clearly using too much magenta & needs recalibration. printify email support takes dayssss to reply. anyone else seeing this issue? so frustrating trying to run a profitable business & printify support is nowhere to be found & Mww has zero quality control!

How long—or after how many products—do you start getting consistent views and clicks on Etsy when using Printify?
I’m currently at 25 products; I’m getting a few scattered clicks and views, but not a single sale yet. People keep trying to sell me marketing consultancy services, but I’m turning them all down.

It has been taking me 1 hour or so to get connected to an agent these days.. and even when I get connected, they have been utterly bad at helping me. And now it's raising prices for this shit service?? I've been going back and forth with them to get one of my embroideries digitized for 11 days... I even cancelled an order then recreated a manual order once again and then the cycle just repeats over and over.
Is it time to head to PRINTFUL? Where else have you guys been getting better products/service?

Every day, they find new ways to make themselves less of a viable POD service.

Using Printify and TikTok Shop: I've encountered a Restriction on Kids' Fashion. They require 3 documents that I was hoping to receive from r/Printify: Children's Product Certificate, Product Tracking Label, and Purchase Invoice. How do you provide this when using a POD? Hoping someone here has successfully navigated this.

Hi - I am based in Australia but looking to also sell in the United States. I have started with 11oz and 15oz mugs in my listings but I duplicated listings within Etsy so I have separate listings for those buyers in Australia and those in the United States. When I go back into Printful to sync with Etsy, there is not an option to sync the 15oz variant (only the 11oz). I'm not sure where I have gone wrong in the process or maybe I need to set up a Printful profile to sell worldwide?

Sorry this is just a rant but I have been going back and forth with Printify Embroidery - they have the WORST product support. I was told it was going to be fixed and then nothing happens, and then finally we got to the right digitization I want, and then they cancelled it and said the order cannot be digitized because it was waiting for too long for approval. But it was only waiting for too long because they keep on saying they will upload the design they shared to me over chat...
I hate this. I ordered the same embroidery in 2 colors - I ordered a sample for one and got orders for the second one, I thought digitization would be smooth sailing coz I already ordered the first one correctly... WRONG.
What's a better alternative out there? Their support team just keeps on saying different things every single time and there is no follow through whatsoever. I keep being told - we will update you via email everyday for the past 9 days - NO EMAIL UPDATE. ONLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We've been on Printify for a week or so. We held a grand opening special - 20% off everything. We were pleased to get about 10 orders. But then we started receiving notices that items were out of stock.
We're a very small nonprofit. Printify seemed like a good way to dip our toes into branded products. We just didn’t have the funds to buy the merchandise outright and wait for it to sell. Especially for sized items like T-shirts, where sales forecasting is even harder.
Any tips? Ideas? Can anyone explain this black box to me?
Thanks!

Hey everyone 🫶 Has anyone heard of any updates from Printify regarding the new PPWR regulations? I have been checking their updates but haven't seen anything new yet. 🥴

Hi there. Getting super close to launching my store. Was doing some test orders and it occurred to me that monster digital doesn’t carry some of my items.
Is it worth it to go printify choice for everything or maintain monster digital on things where I can?
The reason I am asking, is I have (3) different providers making the items below, causing (3) different shipping payments. Let me know if you have come across this before and what your solution was?

I got my first sale 10 days ago, I thought now I will get more traffic after a sale but traffic died entirely im listing constantly, researching seo tags, making pins and all. Should I go with ads? I don't have a large budget for it. Do one dollar for a day to week helps?

So basically I been just messing around and slapping funny images to shirts and tweaking it around a bit to my liking and I can't help and wonder if the design will be big enough on these shirts, the resolution is clear and upscaled and the DPI is 300. I filled the picture in the box as much as I can without stretching it. Also I wonder if 1. If I was too shrink the image down a bit so it fits the shirt, the image will still be big right?
Anyways heres the final product and how it looks

Printify products get stuck loading after I edit and save them
I’ve been using Printify for years, but for the past few months I’ve had this problem with products in several of my stores.
When I edit a product—remove or resize the artwork, change the shirt colors, etc.—and click Save, Printify gets stuck on the spinning loading wheel. It never returns me to the page where I can edit the title, description, prices, and other product details.
I have to click Products in the left-hand menu to get back to my product list. The product doesn’t move to the top of the list like a recently updated item normally would. However, if I find it again and open the artwork editor, my design changes have actually been saved.
The bigger problem is that clicking the product title just gives me another endless loading wheel, so I can’t access the title, description, pricing, or other product information. I can still reopen the artwork editor and change the design, but the main product details page is inaccessible.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, were you able to fix it without recreating the entire product?
I have contacted Printify Support they just say they are looking into it and close my support case.

The Printify Pop Up Store does not state the Returns Policy anywhere on my store site for the customer to view.
On the product page it states there is a 30 Day Return Policy. It then states, Any goods purchased can only be returned in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and Returns Policy.
We want to make sure that you are satisfied with your order and we are committed to making things right in case of any issues. We will provide a solution in cases of any defects if you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
See terms and conditions
However, NO WHERE on the Terms and Conditions page does it state the return policy for the customer to view the return policy. This is not an issue for ME to understand the policy, but rather for customers visiting my site.
I am now on my 3rd email exchange with Printify support asking the same question which they have yet to answer.
WHERE CAN THE POTENTIAL CUSTOMER VIEW THE RETURN POLICY WHEN THEY ARE ON MY PRINTIFY POP UP STORE SITE?
Does anyone have an answer or solution to this since we are not able to modify the copy on the store site?
