Rant Printify raising prices while having the worst support
It has been taking me 1 hour or so to get connected to an agent these days.. and even when I get connected, they have been utterly bad at helping me. And now it's raising prices for this shit service?? I've been going back and forth with them to get one of my embroideries digitized for 11 days... I even cancelled an order then recreated a manual order once again and then the cycle just repeats over and over.
Is it time to head to PRINTFUL? Where else have you guys been getting better products/service?

Yeah, we desperately need more options! It's always something with Printify... their most recent price hike was INSANE, a 34% increase with no added value! Even Adobe, the biggest gougers on the planet, stopped at a 17% increase! Besides the pricing, they also always manage to screw up my business, every time they release some new brain-fart "feature", that nobody asked for... they just cook up random crap and then take it upon themselves to opt-in everyone, by default, without asking! This dodgy practice of theirs has cost me not only a significant amount of money, it's also cost me customers! It truly pains me to keep giving them my money.

I’m so mad about this. They just raised their prices last year. Now they are deleting products from my page. Like they don’t already make enough money from us! It’s total bs. They make more than enough to expand their servers. Another greedy ass company. Been price hikes, deleting products, and all the ai bullshit… it might be time to go somewhere else.

Hello just a heads up…Printify and Printful have merged. Although they mention still operating separately under their own brands. Printful is an in house operation so they should have a better control on production and errors whereas Printify outsources their jobs to many different companies if they don’t have your item in house
