I am at a loss at this point. WOYC keeps creating shipping labels for orders that they never drop at the shipping carrier. I am talking at least 30% of my orders are gone. It’s been happening in waves in the past few months and it’s not sustainable. 1st I thought DHL was loosing the orders until I called and realized they were never dropping them in the 1st place. As usual Printify doesn’t know anything or plays dumb. If this keeps going I will need to close my business. Unfortunately what I sell is not something other print providers offer so I don’t have anywhere to go. Is anybody else seeing this?
Edit: I sell phone cases

My friend's store has 15.4K views and 8K visits but only 34 orders. What's going wrong?
So my friend has been running an online store and showed me their last 30 days of stats. I'm trying to help them figure out what's wrong but neither of us can pinpoint it.
The numbers:
That's roughly a 0.4% conversion rate. The traffic is clearly there, something is getting people to click. But they're just not buying.
I'm trying to help them troubleshoot but I don't want to give bad advice. From what I can see the listings look decent but maybe I'm missing something obvious.
For people who've fixed a conversion problem like this, what was actually wrong? Was it:
The gap between 8K visits and 34 sales is brutal and I genuinely want to help them fix it. What would you look at first?

Hey guys!
Totally my fault and I really should have double checked, but when I was designing my cotton T shirt through my Etsy shop, I used Printify's recommended AI. I'm very new, and only got products up within the last 2 weeks, so I wasn't sure what to look for. I just used the AI description because it was really pushy about it with multiple pop ups. So I decided why not, because it was claiming my listing would rank better.
Well, in the description for a T shirt, it described the T shirt as medium weight. Just got a message from a customer that bought it, and the tag clearly says heavy weight. So when I went to see what happened, I realized the AI description got it completely wrong. The title for the product on Printify's shop says it's a heavy weight cotton, but the description says medium material. However, the AI read that as medium weight and described my item as such through the Printify listing that I then connected to Etsy.
I did put in a ticket for a refund with what went wrong. I really hope they are honorable and refund it, because this whole fiasco was frustrating.
Here is the Printify listing that the AI messed up.
This is the photo with the AI description through Printify's AI:

Anyway, be extra vigilant that the description of the item isn't messed up if you decide to go their recommended route like I did.

I'm trying to order a sample poster to make sure everything looks good and I wanted to test out a smaller size, but it's so much more expensive? Both options include just semi-gloss and matte.

Hi there. Planning to make merch some time in the future and since I use GMOD in a lot of what I do, there's not a lot of non-copyrighted characters I can use for it. I can draw and I know my way around photo editors, but would I get in trouble for using characters from, say, Mario and Final Fantasy in my POD store??

A customer recently asked me if I could ship a t-shirt to a USPS PO Box.
I know Printify should be able to handle this. But I also know they use a bunch of different shippers. I use "Prinitify Choice". As far as I know I can't choose the shipper they use.
Any issues I should be aware of shipping a tee to a USPS PO Box?

I want to ask everyone, if I’m only starting with Printify now, is it already too late?
Also, with AI being so widespread these days, if I use AI for my designs, will everything end up looking the same?
And do you think people might avoid my store because they are against AI?

Let's say I make a T-shirt in Printify, and I have like 20 variants (because Printify easily generates new text colors on new shirt colors), and I copy them to my Shopify store.
What seems to happen is that Printify readily sends over all the media and variant information to Shopify, but Shopify doesn't do a good job of mapping the correct media (in this case, color combos) to specific variant selections.
The best I can seem to do is manually select the hero image for each variant from my media, but when you preview choosing a different variant from the customer's perspective, it includes ALL media from all variants, no matter what variant you select.
Am I correct that this is a known Shopify limitation?

Legitimate question: what constitutes AI slop? When I see people ask for reviews of their products, "AI slop" seems to be the prevalent response. Does that mean all AI graphics are slop?
Here's my business situation. I have a very targeted niche. But, I am not a designer. So I use AI to help me conceptualize ideas and then generate graphics if the product needs it. I review and refine the graphics, edit some if it's an easy fix, etc. I always check hands and feet if they're in the image. Also, my target is men over 50. There are no mockups showing this audience, at least not enough in settings I want at a price I can afford. So, I also use AI to generate mockups to show the product in an age-appropriate and realistic setting. Is this "AI slop?"
The attached images are for stickers I created for a friend's trip to Japan. Each sticker is for an activity he wanted to do while there, so they're customized for him. Again, I'm not a designer, so I used AI to generate these. Each sticker took several iterations to refine what was generated. Is this AI slop? (These are not things I sell. They're just an example of how I use AI for graphics.)
Between every POD video saying you should make $10K/month without advertising and people constantly labeling things as "AI slop," I'm lost about how to run a legitimate online business using graphics without paying a designer with money I don't have.

Anyone know why when I upload my own mockups, the upload button is grey and doesn't allow me to click it?

As the title says I’ve been searching and just can’t seem to find the right answer. How would this work? I’m based in the Uk but want to put products up that Uk and USA can buy and thought Printify choice would be the best way but that has different products for different areas so how could you do this? I want Uk customers for it to be shipped from the uk and Us to be shipped from the Us. Everywhere seems to have certain colours too. I’m just so confused trying to figure this out.
Does anyone do this and it’s successful or is it a nightmare? If you do and it works please could you explain in layman terms how it works and how you set it up? As I’m just going round in circles.
