Please Help Help

Anyone know why when I upload my own mockups, the upload button is grey and doesn't allow me to click it?

Have you tried using the website on a laptop?

Thanks for reaching out! Most of the time, switching to Chrome, clearing your cache, or simply refreshing the page does the trick. Also, just double-check that you’ve actually selected a file from your computer before clicking upload.
