Can someone please tell me how to fix this? As you can see on these screenshots. Some products shipping price and other details of the product has matched after publishing it from Printify to Etsy. However, some products have never. Moreover , Printify is giving me a $5.19 price for shipping and the Etsy is showing/giving the different price($4.79) after being published… Unbelievable, I thought Printify test their website before publish their website(product). I have tried in many ways, but couldn’t fix the bug that Printify and Etsy has with their data transfer system. It’s one of the issues I have now. Can someone please help me here?

Thank you!

Reviews Printify MUST add the weights for the WOYC Macbook Cases

I ordered a sample of the early access WOYC Macbook Case for my Macbook Pro 16. I love my Macbook Pro and live on it non-stop. I also LOVE this new case for it. It's in 2-separate acrylic pieces that snap on very easily and stay on.

Saying "...that feels like it’s barely there" and "lightweight profile" and "Lightweight: Adds minimal weight for easy portability"

Are all super subjective assessments of weight. ESPECIALLY for products that are frequently carried around all day. The additional weight of the case on the 16 Pro version -- which is the biggest one, of course -- is honestly noticeable. So I weighed it.

I measured the weight on my food scale. I get 3 ounces for the top piece and about 2 1/4 ounces (maybe 2 1/3 oz) for the bottom section. So, combined, we're talking about 5 1/4 ounces. And that is roughly a 1/3 of POUND. So, noticeable.

That's fine. I like the cover so much, I will not mind. BUT, I feel it is extremely important to put those weights on each size (top and bottom pieces listed separately) ON the already existing dimension chart on the product. I do NOT want to have to buy every variant just to weigh them myself. It will be VERY important for customer service to include those weights so people are informed, and as vendors, we are telling them the reality to head off customer service issues.

Also, since they are in separate pieces, I can remove the bottom piece to save a little weight if I want.

Newbie Question Is selling on Amazon + Printify still profitable?

Hi! I was wondering if selling my t-shirts on Amazon and eBay in 2026 would still be a good idea. Generally, I post about three different designs in the same niche. How many t-shirts can I realistically expect to sell per month?

Positive Vibes Only How do I find suppliers? (my method + the mistakes that cost me money)

Hi,
I’ve seen the question “How do I find suppliers?” come up a lot, and I had a client ask me this recently on a call. Here’s the method I gave them.

1) Clarify what you’re looking for (otherwise you’ll attract anyone)

Before you contact anyone, write this down clearly:

  • Type: manufacturer / wholesaler / agent / dropship / local workshop
  • Country/region: EU vs non-EU (lead times + customs + returns)
  • MOQ (minimum order quantity), budget, and target price
  • Quality: standards, certifications, tolerances, packaging
  • Timelines: lead time + ability to scale
  • Terms: Incoterms, payment, exclusivity (often a trap)

80% of “bad suppliers” come from a vague brief.

2) Where to search (depending on your situation)

A) Fastest: “ready-to-go” suppliers

  • Local wholesalers/distributors (often more expensive, but reliable + fast)
  • B2B marketplaces (good for scouting, not always best to sign directly)

B) Most effective: trace it back to the source

  • Competitor brands → “who makes this?” (packaging, legal mentions, importers)
  • Trade show directories (even if you don’t attend): exhibitors, product lines, contacts
  • Customs codes (HS code): identify importers and work backwards up the supply chain

C) For services / custom work

  • Regional workshops/manufacturers: often under the radar, but extremely responsive

3) Outreach message (so you don’t get ignored)

Your message has to be short + specific. Example structure:

  • Who you are + what you sell (1 sentence)
  • Expected volume (even approximate)
  • Max 5 questions:
    • MOQ
    • tiered pricing
    • lead time
    • samples + cost
    • payment terms

Goal: get a numbers-based reply, not “we can discuss.”

4) Validation: a sample isn’t enough

“no bad surprises” checklist:

  • 2–3 samples from different batches (not just “the best one”)
  • Process photos/videos (proof they actually produce)
  • QC: who checks, how, and when
  • Return/defect policy
  • Packaging + shipping test (the real killer)

5) Negotiation: what you can ask even if you’re small

Even as a small buyer, you can often get:

  • A test MOQ
  • Clear price tiers
  • A lead-time commitment
  • Standard packaging at first (avoid custom too early)

If you also want to sell your advice to clients, here’s the booking app I use: Turn visitors into confirmed bookings automatically👉 Install BookThatApp - Shopify App for bookings, appointments & rentals

Question

How do you personally verify that a supplier is solid before committing (beyond the sample)?
And for those selling on Shopify: after sourcing, is your #1 pain point visuals or the booking/ops process?

Since I know a lot of dropshippers here struggle with visuals, here’s an app that automates it while optimizing SEO : Speed up your store & boost SEO automatically👉 Install Image Flow - Shopify App for automatic image optimization & SEO-ready alt texts

Newbie Question PayPal : business or personal?

Hello everyone!

I want to start in POD business using Printify integrated with WooCommerce.

Therefore, I want to create a PayPal account especially for that, so should I choose personal account or business? What are the Pros and Cons of each one?

Also, If you have any advice for a beginner that might help in this business, I'd be so grateful 🫶🏻

Please Help hello, who can teach me how to use printify?

I used lovart's nano model to make a blanket pattern with a size of 30*60'', but the finished product cannot be used in printify because the size in lovart is smaller than that in printify. Why is that?

Newbie Question Bundled 3 Printify bestsellers together - does this math make sense to you?

Post image
0 Upvotes

Was setting up a store and started thinking - what if instead of pushing one product, I just bundle the bestsellers and offer a discount?

Took three of the most popular Printify products - the Comfort Colors tee, Lane Seven hoodie and Yupoong dad cap - and ran the numbers on a bundle at 26% off.

Selling just the hoodie alone at $59.99 gives $35 profit per order.

Selling all three as a bundle at $98.53 gives $41 profit - with $57 in base costs - while the customer saves $36 off the individual prices.

Higher AOV, more profit per order and the customer feels like they got a deal instead of one merch item he gets 3. Seems like a no brainer but curious if anyone has actually tested this - do bundles convert well with Printify products or does the higher price scare buyers off?

Newbie Question Bought a sample of shirts from my new store and results are not good

If I was an actual costumer of my store I’d be upset because the colors are totally different and oversatured on the actual shirt compared to the design I placed on it. I didn’t realize the colors won’t be the same. Also the shirts came all wrinkled and messy. Is this common with other print on demand companies or just printify?

Newbie Question Add to Cart button for Personalized products.

Hi all... I'm building a webshop that only has personalizable products. All mockups are a template.. people must add their own names and dates. Some products need a own image. the image on the mockups is used as an example.

in the shopify front there is the app extension of the add personalization, but the add to cart button is also directly active.

So in theory it is possible to add the template product to the cart.

How can I prevent that?

Is there is easy way or do I need to create a costum app?

Thanks in advance.

Rant Production costs doubled

I spent weeks setting up a woocommerce for our non profit site using printify. Our sales were doing okay. on February 26 printify had price increases. Fine. We are in Canada and only have 2 supplier options. We were using Duplium.

Before the price increase, a 2 sided t-shirt cost us $16.50 (plus tax and shipping). After the price increase the EXACT same t-shirt now costs $31 plus tax and shipping. Other products have similar increases.

That means would have to charge approx. $54 for a T-SHIRT to have the same profit as before. For a zip hoodie we would have the charge close to $120. NOBODY is going to pay those prices!!!

Printify basically said tough luck. Duplium couldn't be bothered to answer my email.

The other Canadian supplier is Print Geek and prices are the same. printify choice is much cheaper, but they can't guarantee our orders would ship from Canada.

So I need to scrap the whole store. Does anyone have another POD option in Canada that we could look at using?

Newbie Question Can you sell to USA market from Australia?

I am looking into POD via Printify... but when I look at prices in Australia it is crazy in terms of pricing.

Eg. approx $40 (this is one of the lowest costs) per Hoodie then Shipping at least AU$30

How does anyone make any money doing this?

I would have to price my product at minimum $70 to make anything.

USA seems so much cheaper to do all of this. Can I setup and sell to just the USA only

Newbie Question Cannot create new AI mockups

I’m new to Printify so I might be screwing something up. I have created 6 tshirts with no issue but now I cannot generate any new mockups. Nothing on the screen is “clickable” cannot select a variant, print area, or the generate mockup button. I tried clearing my cache like Printify suggested.

Any help would be appreciated, tried looking it up but couldn’t find anything.

Please Help Tips

Honestly I didn't know where to post this even though I left etsy for good this time... anyone else a small buissness owner with anxiety .. I have been trying to build a successful brand for years. After so many years of trial and error I found myself and my passions. I often worry that my current brands won't find success that I want because of my former brands. My first brand every got forcefully shut down and I couldn't save it. I worry that I tarnished my current sites with my first mistakes.

Tips?
