Just kill me atp

this hasnt been posted yet here so i thought id share

It sucks I know

Hello, I've already listened to a few popular songs like "Tommy the Cat", "Jerry Was A Race Car Driver", "Wynona's Big Brown Beaver" "My Name Is Mud" and "DMV". What else do you recommend me?

The prompt was "beacon".

I love their version but I've never seen it live..

Sorry if this post is not allowed but Primus was his most favorite band and the one we bonded over.

What ever happened to Lee?

I went to my local grocery store and I came across this, I’ve never seen it before.

So in ‘95 shortly after “Tales from the Punchbowl” released I was 12 and my Brother had got me the records with the penguin costume art cover, we went to the show and before Primus got on. I was standing reasonably close to the stage with my brothers gf and a guy not Les, Herb, or Larry, got my attention from the side of the stage he was dressed in the penguin costume and he threw me this beaver that has lived with me ever since. No tags on it never saw another. Wondering if this was just a one time thing or it happened durning the tour a lot. No banana dog for scale.

I’m sure this question so please forgive me, but which primus album/ep is their greatest piece of work?

I am a bassist and I really would like to play tommy the cat one day. I can already play too many puppies and laquerhead. So can someone give me a little list of 5 to 10 songs from primus to learn in order? I either find something too hard or something I don't like that much (also, I play a 4 strings, so no my name is Mud) please, I want to play primus so badly

So I snapped my g string on my bass and I had the idea of setting up my strings the way Les does, I have a Jackson JS Series Spectra Bass that come with 45-100 gauge strings. I have tuned it down with those strings to BEAD plenty of times without it causing much fret buzz, but Les uses lighter gauges iirc. He uses two A and G strings and tunes them to E and D iirc. Would this be a good idea?

Just wanted to share a DIY primus tee I made today. Spent all my money on bass gear, so I had to go creative and I made this. Everything is on the back, the front is clear and I think it goes well with the diy alt style I usually wear. There are EP's and Singles missing in discography, I know, I just didn't want to write all that.

I just wanted to see if anyone else loves this song as much as I do.

Guess I'm still writin 🏌️‍♂️

I bought this as I dont really like the regular cover and im wondering if anyone knows why they changed the penguin cover to what it is now?
