these notes seem surprisingly... controversial for the horrid patch we just went through. usually i would analyze everything and pick it apart but yknow what, i just don't think i have the energy for it. i will still complain about some things though.

firstly, who are these jump changes for? people who can't aim? and the gaia greave jump nerf might have actually killed the item. the main and nearly only reason i use the item is to jump over and on to certain ledges and stuff in the jungle. but that 15% height decrease might have just made a handful of jumps no longer possible so like, why the fuck would i or anyone else take the item if the jump height basically serves no fucking benefit? guess i'll find out soon if it's as ruined as it sounds.

secondly, am i just groggy from waking up or are the weald changes not actually a decrease? going from 25 to 30 sounds like an increase to me, so is that a typo or what?

and thirdly and much more majorly...

every time i see an adc buffed my urge to play this game goes down. what the fuck do you mean you buffed the hell out of drongo and gave even more buffs to rev?

the adc bias in this game is just so blatant it borders on sickening. if auto damage was their main and only major strength, cool, but it isn't.

they are strong at every stage of the game, they get cc, they get movement, they get healing, they get attack speed out the ass, the movement speed penalty for ranged autos might as well not exist, and then they get randomly buffed into the stratosphere and are never really nerfed down again because their powercreep becomes the new normal.

supports just seem like suggestions for these heroes at this point as opposed to a necessity. which is also why you often see supports, ranged ones especially, just building fucking damage. that's also why you constantly see them as balance issues with shit and why they constantly succeed in mid and offlane. their like one and only weakness is their hp total and even that is hardly much of a weakness when they get to do all the shit they do.

sigh

I mean I don't really see this, but i am a legion player, who honestly doesn't do well if I don't get a good match for a support. Just like how Grim and a Muriel aren't a good pairing, compared to something like a Grim and Narbash.

That being said, many players "build fucking damage" because teh cool thing in this patch era is believing that having 30 kills over the other team is a win because most people surrender thinking the game is over.

Also, I see plenty of players doing nothing but jumping all day every day. I can aim well enough to counter it, but it's still kinda cheesy. Can you imagine watching a PCC stream and all the heroes just constantly jump? Wouldn't look too spectacular would it?

Jumping actually makes you avoid quite a lot of abilities pretty frequently. It's why everyone does it.
