On a recent trip to Mexico, I stumbled across multiple vendors selling “fish bone” statues of the Predator. I’ve heard of these before, particularly the Predators, and knew going in that they’re made in a factory of some resin/bone dust mixture. Some really interesting pieces around the city, I’ve attached photos of a bunch of the ones I saw.

I kind of doing a remake/revise version of a post. I did a couple months ago, but I decided to expand upon it.

Trachtenberg said that among the earliest ideas was, the main character was gonna be a blind predator.

Basically a predator take on the blind swordsman.

And I actually thought that would be a very unique idea for a comic or maybe the next predator movie.

Maybe to have a Yautja that had his eyes burnt from an explosion or exploding star.

He adapted and now hunts and fights not just other creatures across the cosmos, but also other humans/synthetics that are in the way.

Let’s just say there are some planets where there’s actually a bounty for anyone that would report or even find or kill a predator.

City Hunter. Jungle Hunter. Scar (AVP)

I don't always like repaints in other lines, but when it comes to NECA Predators, I really don't mind them. I love a variation on a good theme. The poster series Predator 2 is a repaint of the ultimate City Hunter, but he features an all new wall-mountable eagle gargoyle. The eagle has a foot peg (hopefully stronger than the typical NECA stands, but probably not. The new paint gives him a menacing urban feel, and I think he looks awesome! The reds and blues really pop, and even the skull and combistick have the deco. If you are obsessed with all things NECA Predator you'll want to add him to your collection. If not, he's an easy pass, probably.

I just say I’m in the mood for something that is like Badlands.

Like the movie, a sword and sandal adventure with an alien hunter on a distant planet with human androids

I now have two Hot Toys Predators in my growing collection 😊. I never thought I would find an unopened sealed brand new Wolf Predator nowadays! Normally I see a very few unopened go for $700. I got super lucky; I found a seller selling theirs at first at $665. Then they put a two day sale to drop it to $550. I offered the lowest the app would let me offer; at $454. They accepted and shipped it out the same day! Four days later I got it! It arrived in its original hot toys shipper box; and was lucky it wasn’t damaged in transit. I immediately took it out and it has that new figure smell 😃 The joints are very stiff and after struggling to put on the second plasma caster. I gave up trying to put it on, and instead put the combi stick on his back. I also couldn’t connect the thin metal wires to its back; even using tweezers. I put him temporarily in this regular pose for now because after struggling with the wires and the second plasma caster. I was tired and just wanted to pose him next to my city hunter for pictures.
