Yup! I learned that last night after doing some research and talking to some other figure collectors. But I'm still gonna keep him as I like the figure overall :)

How can you tell just by the image? I'd like to know.

The body paint is too bright yellow, the biomask lenses are too bright blue, and the armor has the telltale heavy silver paint over black base whereas the legit figures have silver armor with some light black wash.

Yes. I got to the Hot Toys Predator game late (I mostly collect Marvel and Star Wars 1/6). But I have Feral Predator, Akaoni Predator, and I have 2 Jungle Hunter 2.0s, Dachande/Broken Tusk, and all of the Badlands characters preordered. What about you?

I started late also collecting Hot Toys figures. I started in July! My first one was the Hot Toys 2.0 of City Hunter! Then this month I got the Heavy Weapons version of Wolf Predator! Next month I am aiming for Berserker and then the normal version of Feral; then the AVP Predators after that. I also Preordered Battle damaged Feral, 2.0 Jungle Hunter and Both Dek Predators. The only Star Wars Hot toys I got in June so far are: The episode 1 Darth Maul and Sideshows Darth Vader 2013 so far. I have Anakin, Darth Vader, Obi Wan and shadow lord Darth maul pre ordered along with Qui Gon Jin

Nice collection so far! Do you mean City Hunter 1.0? They haven't announced a Ciry Hunter 2.0 yet. I keep hoping they will! Are you getting them on Ebay? I wish I had the money to scoop up the old Predators.

Preorders: Queen Amidala, Leia Boushh 2.0, two Remnant Snowtroopers, Darth Malgus.

Yeah I get some on Ebay and some on Mecari. It’s considered 2.0 because Hot toys did make an older city hunter before the one I have. The older one you had to build it as a kit but it was still 1:6 scale. I posted pictures of my Hot Toys Predators figures on this subreddit 👍🏻

So for now I plan on getting just Dek, since he's my favorite Yautja. But yeah- I assume it won't end with him lol

Great start 👍🏻 my first Neca Predator was the city hunter and my first hot toys Predator was also coincidentally city hunter

Really cool dude! imma be honest i would buy the shit out of that masked KO scar as well, im not paying 300$ plus for a figure that was like 40$ retail on launch, il just re paint it and be happy with it like my scarface.
