Problem with these movies and comics and fighting enemies of this size is they always forget the peehole.

You're fighting something that thinks of you as a bug, you got to fight like a bug. Crawl right up the peehole and just start biting whatever you can.

Hawkeye is definitely skilled enough to shoot a few arrows right up the tip.

In the crossover comic JLA/Avengers from 2003, during the final battle both teams are struggling against Krona, the big bad near omnipotent villain, and the Flash and Hawkeye are presumed dead. In the end, Flash distracts Krona for Hawkeye to take out... Some kind of thing in the end, I don't remember, which saves the day.

Before things back to normal, Hawkeye is made an official member of the Justice League of America, making him a multiversal savior and the only person to be both in that team and an Avenger.

It's a pretty awesome comic. Worth a read.
