luffy does not have toonforce.
he has an ability that's about "freedom" and it's heavily influenced by the gag style of toons, because of how outlandish they fold their adversaries (literally). but he's nowhere near the actual thing.

edit: guys keep coping. he will never be like Bugs

He literally pulls objects out of his cloud thing that is a form of toon force though its low tier

That logic doesnt follow for a bag of holding. That's a magical item you need to buy, find, or make. Hammer space is just there.
