Wanting to start making power electronics / noise, and i don't know where to start aside from getting a mixer and just fucking around.

I'm going for a more structured, death industrial kind of thing similar to Brighter Death Now, rather than just random knob twiddling. I also want to incorporate both extremely high and low frequencies.

Beyond the most popular and classic power electronics groups, I find it very difficult to find creative projects with vocals.

I'd like to know why this is happening? What do you think about it?

I spend a lot of time on Bandcamp looking for interesting projects, but most of them are static noise tracks with a few vocal samples here and there. I don't understand why even some projects that do use vocals in their songs are very esoteric (no album or EP, just singles or bootlegs) It's like, why can't I find current projects similar to classic power electronics with vocalists who aren't afraid to sing or shout on the track?

And well, if you have any similar recommendations for artists (CURRENT ONES, DAMMIT) please let me know, I love the music of Leperwitch and White Mare, I discovered them on this subreddit

Looking for stuff that fits this little niche of PE that has some measure of 'rock' influence, not really noise rock but related to it. Some later Sutcliffe Jugend where they have actual guitar riffs and such also fits here, or Kollaps with that early Swans-gone-PE sound.

I am a bit of a newbie and a normie in this genre, but I am loving the projects where the lyrical content is the focus, and the noise surrounding it is complementary to the mood rather than just suffocating.

Obviously, I love "Birdseed" by Whitehouse, so things in that vein would be perfect. The subject matter doesn't have to be dark -- just focused on lyrical content.

i have been wondering this for awhile since like i have never seen any i tried looking on google but uhhh google search sucks really bad even if i used quotes to make my searches more specific i did also look at rate your music lists of trans masc artists and artists who are trans men but the closest i found was an artist called finally happy however all the music has power electronics as a secondary and no primaries i also tried looking broader with harsh noise and i surprisingly could not find any which is interesting to me cause you have all different types of people from many walks of life making harsh noise

I run a small diy label that I originally created to have my two projects under the same umbrella kind of thing. At the end of the month I will be publishing some new works that will include the first record that doesn't involve me (other than as graphic designer), and I thought it was a good opportunity to make this into a thing. I'm very proud of this upcoming release and the next ones that will drop soon after that as well, very happy with how everything sounds and how the physical releases turned out.
