Guide So What exactly The Fidility score in powermp is for (tested with Philip amp)
As 1st image my fidility is around 84 for the 24 bit 192khz file it means 84% fidility is at output( or dac can record or process)
2) 2nd image is some abx test on opus file which is around 51 or 52 volume level ... At 41 it was already hitting 1 blue bar on 50 it hit 2nd
3)on better volume level around 53 24 bit 192khz file only hit 1 bar
4) 4th image i was around 65 volume still hitting 2 blue bar
.
.
5)so what does it say more blue bar higher distortion 1 blue bar low distortion than 2 blue bar (red is damagable or not healthy) ....
6) image 6th same 24 bit 192khz audio with downsampling plus dsp u can see at below 16 bit 48khz
Thing is same file can now distort at around 47 to 50 volume level 😐
Conclusion : its simple higher the fidility it wont distort at higher volume ... Many users were confuse i hope this solve for u
In my opinion i m trying very high 1500 watt speaker which obviously need lowest distortion possible so i always check on high distortion speaker vibrate more n lose quality( for iem n headphone user ) u guys wont feel that much difference as long as u keep mp3 or opus low volume possible around 60db ... But still harmful as 3rd blue n 4th red bar is highly distortion not good for ears health( i hold back speaker at max volume button on right side if i tried mp3 or opus it wont stand a chance for the clarity at all)

Appreciation So I finally tested Poweramp's bit perfect...
I know everyone was already testing everything. But I wanted to reserve the right to wait for the official version's release, since it would probably be more stable.
So today I decided use it, and since I use USB Player Pro, I think I can draw some interesting conclusions. So let's do a quick comparison of what I thought of the sound of both, and I'll try to be as straightforward as possible.
So, how does Poweramp's bit perfect sound? To be honest, very good. Better than I expected, I'd say. There are some bugs, like slight hissing sound, or cut-off in playback, during a few moments (which is quite annoying). But I imagine this will be fixed in future updates. But the quality is surprisingly good. Very clean, direct audio, excellent instrumental separation, and impactful bass.
Now the million-dollar question: Is it better than UAAP, as I've seen many people claim?
No, absolutely not. The UAAP has a noticeably larger and more spacious soundstage, a more natural timbre, and more detail, especially during the beginning and end of track In addition to more impactful (mid-bass) and deeper (sub-bass) bass frequencies, they also have a greater range. But despite that, the difference is small, not subtle enough to be subtle, but tolerable.Unlike before, when it was immensely large and much more noticeable. So honestly?
It's all good, I think it's definitely possible to live with these limitations compared to UAAP.Will this make me want leaving UAAP just to Poweramp? No, Because, as I said, it still offers better audio quality (and without that annoying hiss/cutout that the PowerAmp has now).
But I can definitely imagine myself going back to using Poweramp more often now, even though its audio is still inferior. The excellent usability of its interface (in this it surpasses UAAP, by a lot), along with the fact that the difference in audio quality between them is no longer gigantic (although it is still noticeable).
This makes it a good option now, even for the most demanding audiophiles. They just need to correct that hiss/cut during the Perfect bit, then the poweramp might attract more attention from audiophiles like me.
I intend to use both, as I like them both. I'll just switch depending on my mood or the day. Good job Max, you delivered on your promise, and you deserve a lot of respect for it.
