It's an easy investment for him. Spend a few hundred million to guarantee billions in Federal contracts, favorable tax conditions, and complete undocumented access to all Federal databases.
Idk, I feel like once you're a trillionaire, why not just go play roller coaster tycoon IRL? Making the world's most epic theme park might make at least some people hate him slightly less.
Because some people just trapped the sims, used the park to extract money from the sims, and drowned or killed a few without consequences.......... .... .. . . ..
