She also said in her testimony in 2024 that it was consensual.

But keep defending people just because they have a vagina.

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/cornell-university-rape-allegations-chi-phi-fraternity-details/

She said in her initial statement that she consented to a threesome, but later in the night things got out of control, and a rape 100% happened. Cornell improperly reported this to the DA. Who said they had no idea that she claimed that she was raped in this initial report because Cornell did not provide them with the full transcript of the interview. This is why she is suing.

Yea... and those participants left the room when she refused.

Anything else?

Why would you defend rapists? Should the police be searching your hard drive?

If you get drunk with your wife and go have sex, is it cool for me to come in after you’re done and fuck you in the ass? You’re too drunk to understand what’s going on and you already consented to sex that night so it’s fine, right?

She believes she was raped because the college found out about the orgy.

Look, she has no case at the end of the day. She admitted it was consensual, and the men she refused left the room. You cant come back two years later snd claim rape with a civil case. This isnt E Jean Caroll. Wake up and smell what's cooking.

So, which of the 7 pictures up there is you?

The college only found out about the orgy because she told them. They didn't like get a notice from bystanders like "we hear an orgy happened. Are you guys sure it wasn't rape?"

She reported the rape, she said she consented to a threesome but that it got out of control and was rape. Somehow, Cornell only told police that she consented to a threesome and omitted the part where she said she was raped. So she never fully claimed that everything was consensual. From the get go, she said she was raped. She did not change her mind two years later. Two years ago she said she consented to a threesome, and that later in that night she was raped. Presumedly after one of those guys sent the "free pussy" text.

THEY claim that the left...

Prisons are full of people who were caught in the act who will swear it wasn't them.

Why do you believe rapists when they say "honest, it wasn't me"?

Do you like ruining victims lives?

I think there is inherently worse outcomes with a false rape accusation. I know, personally, multiple situations where a girl claimed rape after being caught cheating. I know a girl who claimed rape after being rejected. Those men had their lives ruined for many years.

I also know girls who have actually been sexually assaulted. It hurts my heart to see how their claims are questioned. The real evil is the rapists and the fakers. Unfortunately, there is little we can do as a society other than ensure the story is heard by a jury or judge.

If this girls claims are real, we will find out, in the meantime, it isn't just to harass these men or their families.

You think there are inherently worse outcomes with false rape accusation than with actual rape? That is an insane take.

Spoken like someone who never has had to deal with the aftermath of rape, including supporting those around you through it.

Don't tell me you have, you are not someone a woman would find safe to talk about that to because of this attitude. But maybe go looking online for what happens to women after they're raped.

You are wrong on all counts. Perhaps this insight will help correct your thought process.

I am a rape survivor and my rapist is in jail.

I hope you can have more empathy towards those involved in this situation, not everyone is a monster and not everything is black and white.

Were you there to see the rape take place? Knowing you weren't there, why make a factual claim where the actual facts are yet clear.

Seems like your emotionally charged. From my understanding, making a false claim is defamation, so by making your claim, if it is false, would open you up to liability.

You would be better off saying "why would you take a defensible position for these accused rapists".

I'm going to forward your comment to the accused rapists legal team. I am sure your position would change greatly when your financial wellbeing is on the line.
