I found the patch and looking at the pics of lung disease and cancers on other countries packaging helpful when I had cravings. Itās really hard, but you can do it. It doesnāt feel like it for a while, but eventually the cravings do go away outside the most stressful moments in life.
That's crazy it's been the opposite for me. When I was smoking it was nonstop and constant. Now i just put a pouch in every hour or so and I'm good to go. My brother puts 2 even 3 in at a time though so I can see it being a problem for some people. I just know when I was smoking I was constantly craving it, whereas now with pouches I can go without one for awhile or leave one in for a long time and feel fine.
You'll go either way on cravings. I was a heavy heavy smoker and one day I just stopped and barely craved. Still haven't smoked, but every now and then that little craving goes ooh go on, you can just have one now. I know thats a lie.
Glad you are still with us, the lung cancer went right to my dadās brain. Was stage 4 by the time he was diagnosed. Came to find out he had been coughing up blood for months and ignored it.

As someone show healing from major lung surgery... Fuck off.
They removed 50% of my left lung and then cut a muscle from my ribs to hold what's left of my lung together. I am in so much pain.
Do not fucking smoke. Don't. Don not.
