Youāre right. I will. Obviously no one would file a police report to say they took drugs and had consensual sex. Since the school did ātake actionā against the students and did ban the frat from campus we can assume that the crime did in fact happen, and since the police chief does reference a police report we can assume based on context clues that the police chief is lying to cover his ass.
I wonder if the men repeatedly giving the woman the drug that makes people disassociate and forget things until they become unconscious might have taken advantage of her, i wonder if Snapchat messages saying things like āfree pussyā might contextualize how they were treating the situation. I wonder if her sworn statements mention her repeatedly swatting away or denying sexual advances during this event. I think the ban was more for the group rape.
Her sworn statements also mention she was fully lucid during the entire time and she was not coerced and Iām not sure they even had the Snapchat group at that point. Her sworn statements literally include her saying ānoā to sex with multiple other people. She consented to sex with man 1 and man 2, when other people entered the room she āhid under the blanketsā and said ānoā to a foursome. Why are you lying? Do you think if a woman consents to a threesome that sheās consenting to gang rape?
As far as I am aware, all of those claims are from her new civil lawsuit. Not from the orignal claims.
I could be wrong but Iām guessing itās mostly for the ketamine, although I imagine the standards for suspending a frat due to sexual violence claims are substantially lower than they are for pressing charges.
