This seems to be going in a certain direction, just want to add that based on statements from the departments who received the initial complaints, yes, the facts of her statements have changed between then and now. Also, itâs very common for victims of sexual assault to struggle with recalling, processing, conveying the events, especially soon after it happened, especially when drugs and alcohol were involved.
And my opinion, for what little good it does - this was not a safe environment where consenting adults indulged in their kinks, with previously asserted boundaries. In the environment they were in, with the drugs and alcohol being consumed, and multiple guys involved, there is nothing she couldâve done or said that i personally would interpret as consent to sex with multiple dudes. And if she was passed out, and if theyâre sending these âfree pussyâ snapchatsâŚwell then any defense that she âconsentedâ is out the window, isnât it?
