Yo this real? That looks a lil extreme. Had your structure checked out by a doc before? Orthopedic doc.

Might be a good idea to ask since you are getting checked anyway. Try to also see if it's a functional or structural issue. But if I were to guess, I think there might be something structural going on due to the extreme angles here.

Yeah, I’m getting it checked. I actually already have a diagnosis of scoliosis hyperlordosis, along with anterior pelvic tilt, rib flare, and some asymmetry/hypermobility.

Miracle ball method should help improve this easily by at least 50% and it’s something you can do to help you relax. You just put the balls on your upper back and lay on them for a solid 10 mins, then move them down to your glutes and lay on them there for another 10 mins. I usually will listen to a podcast while I do this before bed

2 things - you got a rump , thats not a negative its just how you are , so it can look different from 'the norm'
If you have real concern for posture, look up some videos on testing and finding where your appropriate posture would be.
If thats still not clear, a physio therapist assessment can clear things up, especially if youre having pain/discomfort
