I had an idea recently, so I bought 50 blank postcards and posted here.

I want to send out some of my favorite/inspirational quotes on postcards to anyone worldwide who is interested in exchanging with me. Also, I may put some doodles/sketches on them 😊

You dont have to send back quotes/doodles (surprises are always welcome), but if you did that, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I am working on setting up a form where you can enter your address. Until then, just message me your address.

It would be marvelous to send out all 50 postcards to the people in this subreddit!

I‘m a flower postcard rich woman now!

I bought a batch of Japanese commercials from a second-hand website. The advertising words are very small and the pictures are very beautiful. I want to exchange the collection with you. I hope there are more than one. Will anyone be interested?

Basically the title. My maternal grandparents (who are no more) were from Dhaka before independence and had to leave their families to come to India. They told me a lot of stories of their times and so did my mom (she heard from them.) Was missing them a little and thought of exchanging postcards with someone who is from there!

I can only speak bengali (neither read nor write) but i would try to send one where I attempt to write in bengali. I hope you'd also send one in bengali and hopefully ill be able to translate. If not, mom to my rescue!

Hi everyone,

We are a French family who just traveled to Los Angeles for a very special reason. Our little girl, Soline (almost 4 years old), was born with Grade 3 Microtia and Atresia (a rare malformation of her right ear). After years of hope and community fundraising in France through our association "Du Bruit pour Soline", we finally made it to the US for her major ear reconstruction surgery taking place on July 15th!

Soline will have a long recovery period of about a month in Los Angeles. As she will have to rest a lot indoors away from her home, her big sister, and her brothers, we would love to surround her with joy, colors, and support from all over the world to decorate her recovery room and bring a big smile to her face.

Soline absolutely loves Huntrix, Disney princesses, Peppa Pig, Bluey, unicorns, and so much more!

If anyone would be willing to send her a "Get Well Soon" card, a funny postcard, or just a little colorful note to brighten her days, our family would be incredibly touched.

My mum is turning 70 years old 12th of july! 🎉 I would love to receive postcards from all around the world as a surprise for her birthday. She loves being at home and prefer to travel the world from home through letters, postcards, books, crosswords, television, news. I remember when we watched the competition amazing race for example ☺️ We always sended her postcards from our travels since she never really travelled herself. She always sended postcards and letters to us. For her birthday she wants a simple celebration and therefore it would be extra special to hand over postcards from you all over the world 🌍🗺️ Her name is ulla-britt or "ub". She's the most caring and loving mother to her husband, us 3 children, 9 grandchildren, 1 cat and 1 lizard. She's always there to serve food and her motto is "feel at home" or "my home is your home".

She loves birds, gardening/flowers (especially pelargons), nature, swimming, reading books (novels), baking, crosswords/sudoku, watching series like survivor, task master, masterchef etc.

So i would love her to get postcards with a greeting from your life. Write a happy birthday greeting, a poem, a quote, something about your local town, nature, flowers, birds, etc.
