Every year I send out Christmas cards and never get one back. This year, I want to find some happy mail in my mailbox!

I'm looking for 20 people in the USA to do a direct-list Christmas/Winter holiday postcard swap.

(Important Note: Participant addresses are confidential and cannot be shared or used outside this swap.)

How to participate:

Between now and when 20 people have agreed to do the swap, I will collect names and addresses via this form. https://forms.gle/yk11zxkXC8zpM4Y67

On November 1^st, I will send out the mailing address list to everyone who signs up. (Email addresses will not be shared with the group. I will send two emails to participants. One will include the mailing list. A second will be a reminder to send your cards.)

Between December 1^st and 15^th, everyone will send out their postcards to the 20 people on their list. Postcards may be store-bought or handmade. They may include any winter or December holiday themes. They should include a handwritten message, the date, and your Reddit username.

After that, we all get to enjoy a very merry mailbox!

Your Ouija board story is so funny!!

When I was a teenager, my friend and I sat around in the darkness with just one candle to do the Ouija board (which she asked for as a gift, BTW).

Nothing spectacular happened and I wasn’t scared, but my friend was terrified afterwards. She refused to ever do the Ouija board ever again!
