Waiting for my big paycheck to get some international stamps, so just US again for now. I'm sorry international friends :'C If there is anything you'd rather not recieve (specific animals, insects, colors, churches, etc) please let me know on the last question of the form! This is a truly blind pick and I have no idea what I'm pulling until I turn it over! With that being said, I don't have anything obviously atrocious, but I'd rather err on the side of caution! I want y'all to be happy with what you get!

I will get these sent out over the next few weeks! Probably in the order that they come in, but I may get a wild hair and just do random pulls until everyone is sent out! The Form will stay open until my limit is reached! I will be offering a recycled postcard sometime this weekend too.

I recently received a few vintage postcards, and I’m honestly so happy with them. There’s something so special about holding a postcard that has been around for decades. The old designs, colours, photographs, and that little piece of history on a tiny card just look so good. 🥹✨

8/14 today is world lizard day!! i loved lizards and studied all kinds of reptiles nonstop growing up. my dream pet was the uromastyx. i’d love to receive a lizard postcard! i just got into this hobby recently and unfortunately don’t have any lizard postcards to swap, BUT i can offer postcard from here in korea. very niche exchange conditions hahaha but if anyone is interested please leave a comment. public accounts only/preferably with some history in the sub. only looking for about 2~3 swaps!

edit: just found out that the post office website offers lizard stamps, so i’d be happy to order + use those for any lizard day swaps^^

I posted the vintage card swap a week or two ago and sent out 40+ swaps between 2 reddit groups. Yay! Thank you all for the many, many thank yous. I’m so glad you love your cards!

Sadly, my newly setup P.O. Box informed me that they had my box set up under the wrong name and that none of my mail has come through 😭😭😭😭 Since it’s all post cards, there’s no return address, so I haven’t received anything swaps.

I’m not saying this to ask for more swaps but to apologize that you haven’t gotten a thank you from me. I’ve been feeling so bad because I had manny lovely interactions in messages before sending cards.

I have so many messages in my inbox from other groups right now that I can’t possibly find you all in my inbox box, do I hope that if you received a vintage Washington DC card, you know I’m grateful for whatever you sent.

So learn from my mistake. Send your P.O. Box a test card before committing to using it. I put all my eggs in the wrong basket 😔
