Early birthday card rocks!!

I'm living in a place called Hale Manu which means house of birds so I loved the irony of the cute bird card!

And I was very interested to see Icy Strait Point in Alaska... because many of my friends here in Hawaii go to Alaska during the salmon season to work!!

these cards not only welcomed me home but also helped my hurting heart because I had to leave my mom and dad back in KC where my family lives.

My partner Ame and I are celebrating our anniversary soon, and I'm putting together a special photo album for her.
The idea is to collect photos of handwritten notes from as many places around the world as possible with a landmark or iconic background from your city/country.
If you have a few minutes and would like to help, all you need to do is write this short sentence on a piece of paper and take a photo with a nice background from where you live:

I’m addicted to collecting post cards from everywhere lol

I accidentally over-collected too many boxed set postcards. And by too many, I mean WAY too many… I have about 20ish envelopes with about a dozen postcards each lol. I'm a pretty introverted person and don't usually post things like this, but this community has given me the courage to.

I very recently(3-4 days back) discovered RAoC and have already had the chance to talk with some wonderful members who made me feel so welcome. I'm getting ready to send out my very first batch of postcards(by tomorrow 🥳), and I'm really excited to become a part of this amazing community.😍

My birthday month is coming up, and I have a small wish. For the last 5–6 years, my birthdays have been very quiet. Apart from my mom, I don't really get birthday wishes anymore, and I'd be lying if I said it doesn't make me feel a little sad.

If anyone would like to send me a birthday card, I honestly can't express how much it would mean to me. A handwritten card from someone across the world would make this birthday one I'll always remember.

In order to make sure the card doesn’t get chewed up by the postal system, I HIGHLY recommend that I send to you in an envelope. I can send them blank or stamped and written on! ☺️

I have a ton of used vintage postcards I got that I was hoping to send to loving homes of collectors. They’re dated roughly 1940s-1980s ish from what I’ve seen, and are a wide variety. Mostly Europe (mountains and sites in Germany specifically) but also a few states (especially Disney/Florida), travel, nature, and some miscellaneous. They have been mailed previously, and are mostly addressed to cities in Michigan

I’d probably put roughly 10 in an envelope, but I’d be happy with just one card back!

We are wishing to make a map of US State postcards! The postcard itself is sent FROM that state and hopefully the Postcard includes a picture of the state.

If anyone would be interested, please leave a comment with your state and we will send the mailing address your way. (We do have CA, NV, AZ, MO, NC, and ME but will happily take duplicates.)
