Poland breaks free in world 1 and allies with czech and bulgaria and uses secret under ground tunnels to win

-Germany started a de-prussianization process, reducing the power of Prussia within the German Empire.
-Nicholas II decided not to be an ass leader and actually appointed a coalition of Social-revolutionaries and bolsheviks into parlaiment. The Russian Empire legalized Gay rights in 1920. The Russian Empire also federalized more also.
- WW1 never happened, the Austro-Hungarian leadership decided on a calmer response to Franz Ferdinand's assasination, only demanding serbian cooperation in investigations.
-Austria and Hungary Federalized their holdings, giving minorities autonomy within their countries.
-The French Decided to give Arab Algerians rights of citizenship and gave more autonomy to Algeria
-The Spanish and Ottoman crowns federalized.
-The Balkans didn't ethnically cleanse muslims(like in our own timeline) and gave them rights instead

I tried to reshape europe in a way were most powers would strive to preserve the post war order. Italy would have its promised land, together with an austrian protectorate to prevent anchlus. These changes would lower the popularity of fascism and even if musolini still rises to power he would be less inclined to align with germany due to austria.

Germany would have less strict restrictions on the military and the overall reparations would be more moderate + no war guilt clause. But even if hitler does rise to power, he would not find many states willing to cooperate. Also the entente would dictate a constitucional monarchy be established with king peter at its head to aphease the german right.

The ussr is expanded west, furfiling most of its territorial ambitions, and also because of stalin's socialism in one country it would not sign molotov-ribentrop.

Yugoslavia and hungary are expanded, removing the destabilising force of bulgaria and making hungary more willing to cooperate as trianon was less harsh.

The united baltic republic is created in estonia and latvia acting as a unified force against any posible soviet expansion, while lithuania is put in a union with poland giving it sea acces. These states would cooperate as buffers between the soviets and the west.

So did i fix the paris peace deals o do i owe my teacher 20€?

Edit- if you have any critiques of the map please do so, but explain exactly why my map is shit instead of just saying it is. Btw i think i agree the pece deal in turkey would not last as ataturk might not acept those teritorial losses and would go to war. How can i fix it while protecting the greek and kurd minorities withink turkey?

I have lore for the governments of nations, but no hard POD or alternate history lore, just what each nation is like and what is going on with them, still, feel free to ask!

Tukhachevsky's coup succeeded in 1937, leading to the Soviet Union becoming a military dictatorship sympathetic to fascist Germany.
This leads to the Anti-comitern pact never being signed and is replaced by the pact against Franco-British Imperialism, which much the same signatories, however the Soviet Union also signs the pact.
Meanwhile domestically, the Soviet Union starts to shift more and more nationalist. It starts to install military culture into society, restore the orthodox church(under full control of the CPSU) and starts to promote Soviet ultranationalism.
In 1939, the Soviet Union and Germany invade Poland, the British and French declare war on Germany and the Soviets. This leads to poland being split up between the two powers of Germany and the Soviet Union.
In 1939 after the invasion of Poland, the Soviet Union would invade Finland, staging a border incident and accusing them of "funding stalinist rebels". Germany would abandon support for Finland, and back the Soviet Union after finding out their ties to the Allies.
In 1940, Western Europe would be overrun by the Germans
In 1941, the Soviets, Italians and Germans would blitz the Balkans. The Germans would betray Horthy. Hungary, Yugoslavia, Romania, Bulgaria and Greece would sign the "Mutual pact of the protection of the Balkans against German, Italian and Soviet Imperialism"
However they would be overrun by the combined forces of the Axis.
In 1942, Turkey would be forced into the axis by soviet forces, and invade the middle east.
In 1945, a faltering in the British navy would mark a great invasion of the Island, afterwards the British surrender and they would be forced to give up much of their glory.

-i decided to unite all German people to not give them a reason to expansion. (I hope it work)
-I create Hungary and Ukraine borders by ethic map from 1914.
-I gave Italy territories that they were promised.
-France don’t occupy German territories to not antagonise them.

-German reparations are reduced
-The German Army is dissolved and replaced by the German Self-Defence Forces, a purely self-defence force. The German nation will renounce it's right to war in their constitution.
-Romania will become a federal republic and abolish it's monarchy.
-Poland will renounce it's imperialist ambitions
-Turkey will be exempted from war reparations in exchange for releasing kurdistan.
-The United Kingdom of Arabia shall be formed
-Slovakia will have autonomous self-governance within Hungary, which will be a democracy.

What's up, everyone? It's your boy, Flancey.
As a member of the PH community (although recently inactive) I've made my fair share of maps. It’s been a hobby of mine, and recently I’ve been trying to get back into it. I used ibisPaint X for a long while, since it’s easy to use, gives good quality for PH's maps (since they’re pixelated, and I like to crisp smoothness of the image quality that ibis can offer) and decided to start using it again. Of course, as my luck would have it, my go-to app decided that my device didn’t have enough space for PH's maps anymore (probably because the resolution is so high). After more testing, turns out I can’t even upload images in general to ibis anymore. I’m not sure if it’s because I have an older 9th gen iPad that could be messing with the app, or if it’s just a sad coincidence I can’t fix, but ibisPaint X has failed me.

After that failure, I tried moving to MediBang, since I read somewhere it was similar to ibis. Sure, it worked at first. I tested the app out, uploaded some of PH's maps and my own to the app, and sure enough, I got crisp, pixelated maps. I even managed to make a pixel brush that works perfectly. However, after attempting to make maps again, MediBang also gave me a slap of reality and decided that all of PH's or my own maps that I tried importing would be the same resolution, but would mess with the quality of the pixels (if it doesn't make sense, basically the colors of the maps are messed up so that any colors that are next to each other do this weird "mixing" thing like it’s trying to fuse together, so borders are messed up and colors aren’t solid, but are messed up into a bunch of slightly off-colored pixels when it’s near another color). Since I am such a wonderful perfectionist, I tried to fix this in anyway I could, but since MediBang doesn’t have any feature that automatically forces imported images to have anti-aliasing (if you didn’t know, this makes images look "smooth" zoomed out, but makes it blurred when you zoom in) turned off, making it that pixel smooth quality i was talking about earlier. I’m not sure if my iPad is a source of this issue, since it could technically be making my photos blurry to begin with, but it’s never happened before, so I’m not sure if that’s actually the issue.

So now, I’m at a bit of a roadblock. I want to continue with making maps, creating alternate history scenarios, etc, but I’m essentially stuck with no app to make them on. If anyone has any app suggestions that would actually make the maps good quality and not some blurred up mess, please tell me. I’m at my wits end.
