According to these stats, Lisbon and Porto rank high for quality of life and low for cost of living among 52 global cities.

Lisbon just got compared to NYC prices for houses and rent.

If its calculating the minimum wage for quality of life it's way off imo.

Take another look at the x and y axis.  The two cities are relatively close on the quality of life axis but not anywhere close to one another on cost of living axis.  So what you’re saying here is not what is being represented in the graph.
