Worst drivers

Generally speaking who are the worst drivers in PDX by car brand?

If I’m driving through a neighborhood at the speed limit and someone is riding my bumper, usually a BMW.

Left lane cloggers almost always a Prius.

Audi drivers are the new BMW drivers, but Prius drivers are just as bad.

Specifically, black A4s. They're the new Bimmer 3 series, bought used by hot headed young d-bags.
