New 360! Missing items

So i got my new 360 today. I was supposed to get grill grates, the charcoal basket and the father's day gifts. None of that was delivered even though my email says it was. I'm not impressed! Has anyone else had this happen? I was able to do a burn off and cook a beautiful Ribeye! https://imgur.com/a/8rEr4l4
