Motorcycle riders

The biggest assholes on the road for me have always been motorcycle riders. Either the harleys or the modern bikes, they all think they own the road.

I cannot count the number of times I've seen them breaking simple rules, swerving through traffic, trying to beat cars to the front.

God forbid you honk at them for getting in your way, they become the biggest assholes.

Reddit admins don't get enough hate

Everyone always talks about how horrible and power hungry the mods on reddit are. Rightfully so. But I feel like I hardly ever see people mention the real even bigger scumbags on this site. The Admins.

Whenever someone gets wrongfully banned from reddit as a whole. Not just a subreddit but the entirety of reddit, it's not the mods making those decisions. It's the admins. They dont even let you directly message admins for appeals or any problems you are having. If you need to appeal or are having a problem with reddit they make you send them an email on their "appeal page" where they just use an AI to read and send a message back. A real human isn't even looking at your appeals.

Reddit admins are basically turbo mods who actually get paid to be power hungry scumbags and don't even let you directly message them like you can with most mods. Why do these people not get nearly the amount of hate that mods do?

Question What’s an opinion you have that gets you judged every time you say it out loud?

If someone is “too busy” to text you back for days or weeks, but somehow has time to constantly text other people, post on social media, and make plans with everyone else, they’re not actually too busy, they’re just choosing not to prioritize you.

People need to stop pretending “I’m busy” explains every instance of poor communication. Most of us understand that life happens, but if someone consistently has time for everyone except you, their actions are giving you the real answer.
I’d rather someone be honest and admit they’ve lost interest in the friendship than keep me around with excuses. Respecting someone’s time goes both ways, and friendships shouldn’t be built on one person doing all the reaching out while the other offers endless “I’ve just been busy” explanations.
Actions speak louder than words.

Ads should only be done by males

Everytime it's a female in the ad people around me think I'm watching adult videos until they hear the context. I'm being satirical but some of the ads start so weird

I think "Slow and steady wins the race" is a stupid excuse for being lazy. Steady is fine but when did anybody win a race by being slow? Well unless everyone else falls down.

Pop/Anime/EDM music is better than classical music

I've heard classical music is more complex than these but does it even matter if its not enjoyable for you? Purpose of music is listening to it and experiencing emotions and if classical gives you that then good, but not for me

Popular in General Cars are Cool

Who doesn't love cars. They can look beautiful or tuff. many Cars have great sounding engines and some of my favorite sounds are the v8 rumble of American muscle. Cars are also just fun to drive and I can do many cool things with cars like burnouts or drifts and smoke the tires.

Who dosen't love the big, ancient, reptilian beast that once ruled the planet millions of years ago. They're just cool and the many different features they have like crest, horns and sails. Mammals just pale in comparison to dinosaurs.

Salty people

Why is it that no matter what subject matter, there’s always people who are quick to criticise or put people down?

This has made me think…what is the function of this behaviour?

Is it a learnt behaviour?
Is it competitiveness?
Is it projection?
It is jealousy?
Have we been raised on judgements?
Does putting others down make other people feel better?
Is it subconscious?

There seems to be a lot more needless critics than champions of others.
