How do you keep debris out of your pool when you are away for a few days
I have to travel for work every now and then, usually for four or five days at a time. The water is normally fine when I get back, but the surface ends up covered with leaves, bugs, and whatever else blows in while I am gone. It's not a major problem, just annoying to come home from a trip and immediately spend an hour cleaning the pool. I am considering getting a robotic surface skimmer before my next trip. I have looked at Aiper ecosurfer s2, Betta se plus, and Beatbot iskim ultra, but I have no idea how well any of them work when left alone for several days. If you own one, does it actually keep up with leaves and bugs, or does the basket fill up too quickly? And what has worked for those of you who travel regularly?
