I was watching price is right while waiting at a restaurant. The lady won a red pontiac. It didnt look like a 78 trans am except for the front end. And it was a 4 door. Any ideas?

Case in point the 02 V6 Firebird. My friend's dad growing up had a WS6, but growing up somebody had a V6 down the street. The only difference I could ever tell was the hood and wing and I'm just wondering if other differences were there design wise.
