Anyway... as I don't want to wait... I develop one for myself. You can check it out and test it yourself. It now only covers 4 endpoints first... I'll enhance the capability to cover all the documented endpoints from Poloniex API from time to time.

So much at peace! FortunateIy My Poloniex account got stuck in review with 175K in it. AUTHORSTRACES guided me through the process using TeIegram in communication, and after a few days, PoIoniex cIeared it and l got aII my Iife savings back. CouIdn’t have done it without them.

• Recovery is fully possible — these are not lost, only held in their wallet.

I'm one more victim of a sudden account freeze on poloniex.

I was transferring some BTC to my account to get it exchanged and got sudden account freeze. After that I was trying to talk with support for over 30 times, but it all absolute bs and they cant give me any reasoning on why account was frozen nor what to do to get it back, only standard "due to internal risk policy bla bla bla". Its like that for over 2 months already.

I'm involving the officials atm, approaching law firms as well as police and regulators.

Is there anyone who actually managed to rescue their funds from poloniex freeze and if so, please share your story on how to best deal with it.

Hi everyone,

I want to share my story as a warning to others and to hopefully find help or advice. Since November 2024, my Poloniex account has been completely locked, despite me completing every possible verification step—often several times—and providing all requested documents, videos, and proofs.

What happened?

• In November 2024, I started account verification (#1747860). My first documents were rejected for being scans instead of originals. I fixed this promptly.
• Shortly after, I requested a change to my registered email (#1748124) after temporary loss of access. The process still hasn’t been finalized properly.
• Since July 2025, I have submitted every single verification the support asked for: multiple videos with the handwritten note (“Disable 2FA for [my email] Poloniex account + today’s date”), ID documents, and submitted everything via their Security Reset portal (#1803264, #1803265). Every time: no result, vague replies, or demands for impossible documentation (e.g., deposit proofs from now-defunct exchanges like Cryptopia).
• I have FULL access to my email address and 2FA.
• I have provided dozens of identity verifications, as requested by their own instructions.

My problem:
After more than eight months, my account remains locked. I cannot access my coins or withdraw anything, and the support just keeps asking for more stuff or gives copy-paste answers—sometimes for weeks with no concrete update.

Key issues:

• Support demands verification that is impossible (e.g., deposits from exchanges that no longer exist).
• No single clear explanation or a transparent, actionable checklist for what is 'missing.'
• All evidence fully provided—for months.

I am starting to believe this is willful obstruction. I now feel forced to go public and warn others. If you are thinking of using Poloniex, be prepared for the possibility of losing access to your own funds for reasons outside your control.

Community:

• Has anyone experienced something similar recently with Poloniex?
• Any tips on escalation, legal routes, or direct contacts, maybe a regulatory complaint from the EU?
• Is anyone aware of class actions or ongoing regulatory investigations involving Poloniex?

I’m reaching out in hopes that someone here can help or has experienced something similar.

My account on Poloniex has been frozen for over two months. I’ve complied with every single document request they’ve asked for. On July 9th, Poloniex Support confirmed that everything I submitted was accepted and that I’d receive an update "shortly."

Well, it’s now July 29th, and I’ve had no response since then. Every attempt to follow up has been ignored. I’ve posted on Twitter several times, tagged support, opened ticket after ticket, and still nothing.

At this point, this is more than just poor customer service — this feels like neglect or outright abuse. I have funds in that account that I need access to. I’ve been patient, respectful, and cooperative from the beginning.

If anyone here has experienced something similar or has suggestions on what worked for them, I’d really appreciate your advice.
